Our team has a combined 50 plus years of investment experience. Our clients include high net worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs, businesses of all sizes, non profit organizations, and financial institutions. Together, we deliver recommendations on a broad scope of financial services including retirement income planning, customized investment strategies, education funding planning, inter-generational wealth transfer strategies, and life insurance planning. We pride ourselves on our ability to simplify the complex world of investments, focusing on each client's individual needs. While we add value in a variety of ways, we focus on helping investors make informed decisions about their wealth, guiding them through investment recommendations that best suit their diverse needs.
Jim Dornan served as the Senior Vice President and Western Regional Director for Janney Montgomery Scott’s Private Client Group. In this role he was responsible for the management and oversight of the firm’s 26 Private Client offices in the Western Region.
He began his career in 1985 as a Financial Advisor in Jenkintown, PA. His 41 years of experience include numerous management roles with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and predecessor firms.
A native of Bucks County Pennsylvania, Dornan received his undergraduate degree from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Jim has served on numerous not for profit boards and currently sits on the Board of The Source an organization that focuses on the needs of the those less fortunate in our community.
Jim and Diane (Penn. State class of 1980) have been married for 36 years. They have one daughter who resides with her husband in Huntsville, AL.
Jim and Diane enjoy a round of golf a good hike and spending time with family and friends.
Alex joined Janney's Ligonier office in February of 2011. Before coming to Janney, Alex spent two years in TD Ameritrade's Pittsburgh office where he educated self directed clients on how to execute their trading strategies and provided others with proactive investment advice. At Ameritrade, Alex witnessed the difference between short term trading and disciplined investing first hand.
Alex knows that each client's goals and objectives are unique, spending considerable time getting to know and understand each client. Alex strives to be aware and responsive to changes in the markets and his clients' lives. Each client can expect honesty, consistency, and informed financial recommendations.
A graduate of Allegheny College, Alex earned his Bachelor's Degree in Economics. On the way to graduating cum laude, he lettered in Varsity Basketball all four years, was named an Alden Scholar every semester, and won the 2007 Rink Kofford Award for maintaining the highest GPA on the Men's Basketball Team. Alex holds a FINRA Series 7 (General Securities), Series 66 (Uniform State Securities), and Pennsylvania Life, Health, and Disability insurance licenses. In 2011, Alex earned an Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from Duquesne University.
He lives in Ligonier with his wife Kalyn, daughter Lilly, and son Lane.
Chase works with high-net-worth individuals, high-earning professionals, real estate professionals, and business owners to help them navigate complex financial decisions and significant life transitions. With eight years of experience in the financial services industry, Chase brings a holistic perspective to wealth management, helping clients consider how their investment decisions connect with their broader tax, estate, retirement income, and legacy planning goals.
Chase believes effective financial advice extends well beyond investment management. He places a particular emphasis on individualized tax and estate planning discussions and works to educate clients on complex financial topics so they can better understand their options and make informed decisions. His approach incorporates investment planning, tax planning, estate planning, retirement income planning, and alternative investment strategies, with advice tailored to each client’s individual circumstances and long-term objectives.
At the center of Chase’s approach is the belief that trust is the foundation of a successful advisor-client relationship. He takes the time to listen first, understand what matters most to each client, and maintain an ongoing dialogue as their needs and circumstances evolve. With strong attention to detail, Chase strives to continually add value by helping clients understand and coordinate the investment, tax, estate, and retirement decisions that shape their overall financial picture.
Prior to joining Janney, Chase worked for a boutique wealth management firm in Pittsburgh. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Corporate and Personal Finance with a minor in Accounting from Clarion and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, as well as the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and Pennsylvania Life & Health license. He joined Janney for the opportunity to work alongside a like-minded team that shares his commitment to working hard and putting clients first.
Chris serves as a Registered Private Client Associate, offering dedication and expertise to the team of financial advisors. In 2021, Chris embarked on a career in the financial industry after graduating with a BSBA in Finance from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. This career choice was motivated by a strong desire to help individuals secure their financial futures. He had spent his first two years assisting a team of advisor from Pittsburgh, dedicated to assisting private wealth clients and retirement plan participants. Focusing on educating and helping them make informed decisions. Chris now brings that invaluable experience to McCoy Wealth Management Group, to aid the Financial Advisors with achieving the goal to help individuals navigate the complex financial waters with confidence and insight.
Chris holds a variety of licenses, including Series 7 (General Securities), Series 63 (Uniform Securities State Law), Series 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law), and PA Life & Health, allowing him to offer comprehensive support to clients. Integrity is a cornerstone of Chris’s approach, ensuring that every client benefits from the highest ethical standards of financial guidance. To enhance his dedication to superior service, Chris has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification, which underscores his dedication to maintaining and adhering to rigorous industry standards.
Outside of the office during his free-time, Chris finds balance by staying active, whether it’s hitting the gym or exploring the great outdoors through hiking.
Jimmy is an ambitious Registered Private Client Associate who graduated from Pennsylvania Western University in May 2024 with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics. He has obtained his Securities Industry Essentials(SIE),FINRA Series 7 (General Securities), Series 66 (Uniform State Securities), and the Pennsylvania Life, Health, and Disability Insurance Licenses. Jimmy is an essential role on the team helping complete account openings, money movement, and exceptional client service. Outside of the office, Jimmy has a love for hunting, fishing, motorcycles, cars, hiking, snowboarding, dirt bikes, sports, and music. He has played guitar for 15 years and played in a band all over the city of Pittsburgh, a few shows in Michigan, and some in Ohio.
Dawn is the newest member of the McCoy Wealth Management Team. Before joining Janney, Dawn served as a Client Assistant at R.W. Baird and a Branch Operations Assistant at Hefren-Tilotson where she provided exceptional Client Service and efficient Administrative Support. She has obtained her FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification and is currently working towards her Series 7 and Series 66 Exams to become a fully Registered Representative.
Her career is marked by a series of accomplishments that reflect her hard work and unwavering dedication on delivering value and driving results. Prior to the Financial Services Industry, Dawn worked for many years in Construction, including owning her own Asphalt Paving Company and as an Office Manager for an HVAC contractor where she successfully managed projects, handled complex schedules, and learned to effectively communicate across teams and departments. Dawn’s background also includes working as an independent marketing consultant where she had the unique honor of delivering a live on-air product presentation on QVC on behalf of her client. She attended St. Petersburg College and CCAC/IUP where she studied Business Management and Marketing.
Dawn lives in Ligonier with her two dogs, Pedro & Honey, and her cat, Gypsy. She has a love for animals, travel, music, and nature.

Greg Drahuschak joined Janney in 1991. He has over 45 years of economic experience and provides daily, weekly, and monthly market commentary, with a particular focus on the equity market, to Janney and our clients.
Prior to joining Janney, he worked as a retail broker with—and eventually transitioned into the research departments of—Butcher & Singer and Wheat First Securities. He was also an instructor at Robert Morris College and the University of Pittsburgh.
Greg has written articles for several newspapers and websites, and has been the featured financial professional on many live radio broadcasts.
He earned his B.A. in fine arts from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, as well as certificates from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and from the New York Institute of Finance.
Guy LeBas is Janney’s Chief Fixed Income Strategist, as well as Head of Fixed Income for Janney Capital Management. In his strategist role, he is responsible for providing direction to the firm’s clients on the macroeconomic, interest rate, and bond market investing climate.
Guy authors fixed-income market periodicals, which provide relative-value perspectives and recommendations across the fixed income spectrum. At Janney Capital Management, he oversees the firm's discretionarily managed bond portfolios, taking a client-tailored approach to generating consistent income across varying interest-rate environments.
Prior to joining Janney in 2006, Guy served as Interest Rate Risk Manager for U.S. Trust’s bank asset and liability portfolios. In this role, he oversaw risk and return for $20 billion in bank assets and derivatives.
Guy is also a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg TV, and Fox Business News, and regularly speaks at financial industry conferences. He studied at Swarthmore College, holds an M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and is a CFA® Charterholder.
Mark Luschini is the Chief Investment Strategist for Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, leading the Investment Strategy Group. In that capacity Mark is responsible for establishing the Firm’s broad outlook relating to conditions in the capital markets and the economy and to develop investment strategies that align with the best interest, goals, and objectives of individual and institutional clients. He also establishes the Firm’s asset allocation models used for portfolio construction and financial planning.
As Chief Investment Strategist, Mark serves as the Janney's investment spokesperson, offering national market commentary and developing asset allocation models and investment strategies. He chairs the investment committee and actively interfaces with both current and prospective clients.
Additionally, Mark directs Janney Capital Management, the Firm’s discretionary investment management division. Under his leadership, Janney Capital Management has delivered competitive investment results across multiple strategies. The total assets under management has grown to more than $4 billion, with nearly $3 billion in traditional equity and fixed income assets, and over $1 billion in various strategic and tactical asset allocation strategies utilizing exchange-traded solutions and mutual funds. Mark served on the Board of Managers for Janney, and currently serves as a Trustee for the Firm’s Pension & Profit Sharing Plan. He is a member of the Janney Wealth Management Department’s Mutual Fund and Alternative Investment Committees.
In Janney Capital Management, Mark chairs the Investment Committee which sets asset class and sector policy and directly participates in managing the equity, fixed income, and asset allocation strategies under its advisory. Mark has spent more than 30 years in the investment industry. He utilizes that experience to speak on topics related to macroeconomics and investment management at seminars and conferences.
His comments and written articles have been circulated in numerous publications ranging from the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s to the New York Times, USA Today, Financial Times, and Money magazine. He has appeared in various media outlets including CNBC, Bloomberg Television, Fox Business News, and CNN.
He has a BA and MBA from Gannon University and holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation from the Market Technicians Association
