Our Approach to Financial Planning
Our team is serious about financial planning, which is why we hired two CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professionals. Most client meetings include a financial advisor and a financial planner. Our clients want to talk and explain their situation, so it’s important for us to listen carefully – no rushing, just some clarifying questions, and a lot of patience. Because financial planning can feel daunting to some, we are committed to taking time to address their concerns, provide an executive summary that is simple and easy to understand, and define specific action steps, which we provide in writing, along with the plan’s details and assumptions.
Our Approach to Investing
We are also serious about investing. We love to think, learn, and talk about investing. A highlight of our week occurs when we meet together every Thursday morning to review and discuss the research that each of us has done since our last meeting. All that thinking, learning, and talking give our team a much broader and deeper perspective as we put together model portfolios for further testing and refinement. Only then are we ready to design and develop custom investment strategies that integrate what we know about investing with what we know about the needs, goals, and concerns of each of our clients.
Our Approach to Client Service
When it comes to client service, we focus on looking at things from our clients’ perspectives. That means picking up the phone where appropriate instead of just responding to emails. We have strong internal communications, enabling all of us to stay informed about what’s going on with our clients. Clients enjoy the experience with our Client Service Associates Kim and Anthony – particularly their attention to detail and their willingness and ability to quickly help with whatever our clients may need.
