Core Income — Our Core Income model prioritizes portfolio yield first and foremost with a major emphasis on the holdings of familiar, blue-chip equities that our clients of Buckeye Capital Advisors should recognize. With a target dividend yield at least double that of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, Mike Brown, CFA®, CLTC® has constructed our Core Income model with our more conservative, retirement-focused clients in mind. While the intention is to create high levels of income for our clients’ financial goals, Mike also aims to generate stable principal growth from the underlying core portfolio positions.
Equity Income — Scott Horowitz, CEP®, CRPC® manages our Equity Income model which emphasizes principal growth complimented with portfolio yield. Based on his more than 25 years of portfolio construction experience, Scott is looking for measured growth opportunities in the equity markets while also balancing fundamental and technical analysis to build this middle-of-the-road model for our Buckeye Capital Advisors clients. Presently our largest model by assets under management, Equity Income helps our clients on their customized roadmap to achieving their financial goals and objectives.
Core Growth — Our Core Growth model is our most “free-reign” model, also managed by Scott Horowitz, CEP®, CRPC®. Scott utilizes his vast experience in fundamental, technical and event-driven market analytics to make tactical moves in and out of the equity markets to drive portfolio growth for our Buckeye Capital Advisors clients. Our most aggressive model in terms of principal portfolio growth, Core Growth is an excellent solution for clients looking to take advantage of opportunistic moves in the equity markets.
