2025 has been an exciting year so far with the change of our name from Sailfish Wealth Management to Dadko Wealth Management, the addition of Financial Advisor, Bill Simpson, to the team, and being named to the Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors List.
As our practice continues to grow, it became clear that we needed additional support in the financial planning side of our work. While we considered external candidates, it quickly became apparent that the ideal person was already on our team. Promoting April Pearson to the role of Wealth Planning Associate was a natural next step.
Since April’s role will be shifting towards the financial planning side of our services, we now needed additional support in the client service and operational side of our work. After much consideration, it is our pleasure to introduce our new Private Client Associate, Sandra R. Swaby.
With over two decades of experience in the banking industry, Sandi is a seasoned financial services professional recognized for her dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences. As a Private Client Associate, she specializes in cultivating trusted relationships, offering personalized support, and ensuring high levels of service for both clients and team members. Sandi is known for her professionalism, discretion, and keen attention to detail—qualities that have consistently driven outstanding client satisfaction.
Sandi’s personal history originates in Jamaica, where she was born and raised, but made Florida her home in August 2010. Outside the office, Sandra enjoys reading, watching movies, playing tennis and spending time with her spouse, Garth, and her 15 year old son, Sebastian, who are her pride and joy. We truly look forward to integrating her into our team and utilizing her competencies and love of client service to better serve our clients.
