Having over 20 years of experience in our industry, (As a Leader) I've experienced firsthand the difference an energetic, stimulating, caring, and fun branch office can provide Financial Advisors and their clients. I firmly believe that for far too long, the role of branch leaders has been relegated to a lesser position than when I first started in the business - offering no real value add to the practices of the Financial Advisors they manage. Too many leaders are unaware of their firm's products and services and have a poor command of their firm's technology offerings and thus provide no enhancements to their FAs practices.
