Transitions Homeless Center is the Midlands Largest Homeless Center providing homeless men and women ages 18 and older access to their day center, hot meals, showers, service providers and housing. They strive to help clients stabilize their lives, increase their income, and secure permanent housing.
Rotary Club of the Vista Night members donned aprons and hairnets to hand out meals those in need at Transitions Homeless Center just down the street here in Columbia, SC.
