David, Robby, Kristina, and Stephanie will coordinate the services of a team of professionals, delivering the experience and knowledge necessary to help guide you through various investment decisions, regardless of changes to your situation.

David joined Janney in 2017, attracted to the boutique nature of the firm, its client focused culture, and access to Janney senior leadership and support teams in the corporate home office. Previously, David had spent 21 years with Merrill Lynch as a Senior Financial Advisor, earning accolades as a Top Wealth Manager in Richmond and holding various leadership roles at the firm. He focuses on creating customized and unique investment and planning solutions for high net worth families and business owners.
Since joining Janney, David has been nationally recognized by Forbes magazine as a Best-in-State Wealth Advisor as well as by Advisor Hub as one of the "200 Fastest Growing Advisors to Watch”. David has been named to Janney's Presidents Club and Masters Club and is a regular attendee at the Janney Elite Financial Conference in Philadelphia.
Outside of the office, David has been active in numerous charitable and civic organizations including the Ronald McDonald House, Bon Secours Hospital, Richmond Little League, and Washington & Lee University. He is a current board member of St. Michaels Episcopal School.
David met his wife Caroline while they were students at Washington and Lee University and they have been married for over 27 years. They reside in the near west end of Richmond with their two sons and their dog Louie. They enjoy traveling, playing golf, and skiing.

Robby joined the Jennings McKetta Wealth Management team at Janney in 2025. Having worked with members of the team earlier in his career, the move to Janney was an opportunity for him and his clients to join a successful and familiar team at a boutique investment firm that focuses its resources on the advisor-client relationship. Prior to joining Janney, Robby spent 19 years building his wealth management practice at Merrill Lynch (2006-2018) and Raymond James (2018-2025).
Robby is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and a Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorTM. As a CFP® and CRPC®, Robby is qualified to help you develop a customized goals-based financial plan. Whether saving for retirement, planning for an education, or developing an estate plan, Robby enjoys being the trusted partner that his clients turn to when they have questions or need guidance.
Robby graduated from the College of William & Mary with a BBA in Marketing. While at William & Mary, he competed on the Men’s Golf Team, and he continues to support his alma mater through his involvement with the William & Mary Tribe Club. Go Tribe!
Robby’s passion for golf lives on outside of the office, where he is a member of Hermitage Country Club and has served on Hermitage’s Valentine Invitational Tournament Committee.
He currently serves on the Richmond Little League board holding multiple development and leadership roles including chair of the Richmond-Saitama (Japan) Baseball Exchange Program.
A native of Houston, Texas, Robby currently lives in the far west end of Richmond, Virginia, with his wife, Lauren, and their three sons. Outside of the office, Robby enjoys coaching his sons’ baseball teams, playing golf, and traveling.

After a successful career in event planning and hospitality, Kristina joined the financial services industry as a Client Associate with Merrill Lynch in 2013. There, she learned the industry and realized her passion for problem solving and client service. She was chosen by Merrill to be a branch coach, mentoring other Client Associates and relaying important firm initiative and updates.
Kristina began supporting David and his clients in 2015. Like David, she was excited to move to Janney in 2017 as it enabled her to provide greater service to clients due to the boutique nature of the firm.
Kristina handles the teams Financial Planning operations and has been trained on planning tools such as Naviplan and MoneyGuidePro. She also coordinates all team and client events. In addition, she works closely with Stephanie in handling the administrative operations of the team as well as providing exceptional client service. Kristina was asked to join the Private Client Associate Advisory Counsel at Janney where she serves as a liaison between Janney firm management and the PCA community. She serves as the Vice Chair of that organization. Kristina is organized, efficient, accurate and highly responsive to client needs.
Kristina currently lives in Midlothian, VA with her husband, Jeremy and daughter, Kyra. Outside of the office she enjoys Halloween, crocheting and traveling with her family.

Stephanie started her financial services career at Wachovia Securities Investment College in 2007. She joined Merrill Lynch in 2008 as a Client Associate where she worked with David and Robby. In 2012, she was promoted to the Administrative Management team, where she spent 10 years learning risk and compliance. She performed diverse, advanced, confidential support functions while working directly with Financial Advisors and Resident Directors within their market. She also helped with event planning and team building.
In 2022, Stephanie joined Janney as a Registered Private Client Associate/Business Productivity Specialist. She has completed all of her investment exams and can assist with order entry and account re-balancing. Stephanie schedules account reviews and meetings and handles marketing for the team. She is incredibly organized, a quick learner (and has a friendly and approachable disposition). Together, she and Kristina work closely to manage the team’s administrative needs, while maintaining client relationships.
Outside of the office, Stephanie is an avid crafter and loves spending time outside working in the garden, relaxing, or antique shopping, and spending quality time with her daughter, Josephine. She currently lives in Prince George with her husband, Wesley, Josephine, and their rescue dog, Miller Lite.

Dan Wantrobski is Director of Research at Janney Montgomery Scott and has over 20 years of industry experience as a technical analyst and strategist.
Mr. Wantrobski spent the first 10 years of his career at Paine Webber and UBS, where he developed his knowledge as a technician and macro strategist following the equity, fixed income, commodity, and currency markets. He has also spent time at Fox Pitt Kelton, Bedford Quantitative, and New Albion Partners. From 2008 to 2016, Mr. Wantrobski served as Janney’s technical strategist.
Mr. Wantrobski regularly comments in the media on key issues arising in the industry, with appearances in outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, The Philadelphia Inquirer, CNBC, Fox Business, and Bloomberg TV. He is also a frequent speaker at financial industry conferences, including the Ernst & Young Annual Firm Conference where he has served as a guest speaker for the last five years.
Mr. Wantrobski is a Chartered Market Technician ® (CMT) and attended Villanova University, graduating cum laude with a B.S. in Finance.
He currently resides in Moorestown, NJ where he volunteers as a firefighter with Relief Engine Co. 312.

Ed advises Janney clients and their families through their unique investment journeys by providing advanced estate planning, wealth transfer, and income tax planning strategies. In addition, Ed develops tailored financial planning for high-net-worth clients by reviewing their complex needs and goals to help ensure their legacy benefits the heirs and charities they care about the most.
Ed has a diverse financial background with over three decades of varied experience including serving as a principal for a national public accounting firm, trust counsel for major financial institutions, and as a practicing trusts and estates lawyer. He has extensive experience in estate, fiduciary, and individual income tax planning for ultra-high net worth clients. He also has significant experience with asset protection planning, closely held business owners, and entity structuring.
Ed was previously a practicing tax and estate planning lawyer in Connecticut and Florida and has been a frequent speaker at seminars on various tax, financial, and estate planning topics. He previously served on the editorial advisory board for a national estate planning publication, and has been a speaker for the FICPA, regional and national ABA conferences, and the Florida Attorney/Trust Officer Liaison Conference, among others.
Ed received his J.D. from Quinnipiac University and his B.B.A. in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University. His professional affiliations include East Coast Estate Planning Council; The Florida Bar, Member RPPTL Section; New York State Bar Association; Connecticut State Bar Association; Boca Raton Estate Planning Council, Board Member; South Palm Beach County Bar Association; and United States Tax Court. He has served, or is serving, on the board of directors or committees for various community organizations including America Red Cross; Boca Raton Historical Society; Boca Raton Museum of Art; Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce; Humane Society of Broward County; Leaders in Furthering Education; Leukemia and Lymphoma Society; and State of Israel Bonds Corporation.

Guy LeBas is Janney’s Chief Fixed Income Strategist, as well as Head of Fixed Income for Janney Capital Management. As Strategist, he is responsible for providing direction to the Firm’s clients on the macroeconomic, interest rate, and bond market investing climate.
Guy authors bond market periodicals, which provide relative value recommendations across the fixed income spectrum. With Janney Capital Management, Guy is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s discretionarily managed bond portfolios, which take a client-tailored approach to generating consistent income across interest rate environments.
Guy joined Janney in 2006. Prior to joining Janney, Guy served as Interest Rate Risk Manager for U.S. Trust’s bank asset and liability portfolios, a role in which he oversaw risk and return on $20 billion of bank assets and derivatives.
Guy is also a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg TV and Fox Business News, as well as a regular speaker at financial industry conferences. He received his education from Swarthmore College, holds an M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Mark Luschini is the Chief Investment Strategist for Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, leading the Investment Strategy Group. In that capacity Mark is responsible for establishing the Firm’s broad outlook relating to conditions in the capital markets and the economy and to develop investment strategies that align with the best interest, goals, and objectives of individual and institutional clients. He also establishes the Firm’s asset allocation models used for portfolio construction and financial planning.
As Chief Investment Strategist, Mark serves as the Janney's investment spokesperson, offering national market commentary and developing asset allocation models and investment strategies. He chairs the investment committee and actively interfaces with both current and prospective clients.
Additionally, Mark directs Janney Capital Management, the Firm’s discretionary investment management division. Under his leadership, Janney Capital Management has delivered competitive investment results across multiple strategies. The total assets under management has grown to more than $4 billion, with nearly $3 billion in traditional equity and fixed income assets, and over $1 billion in various strategic and tactical asset allocation strategies utilizing exchange-traded solutions and mutual funds. Mark served on the Board of Managers for Janney, and currently serves as a Trustee for the Firm’s Pension & Profit Sharing Plan. He is a member of the Janney Wealth Management Department’s Mutual Fund and Alternative Investment Committees.
In Janney Capital Management, Mark chairs the Investment Committee which sets asset class and sector policy and directly participates in managing the equity, fixed income, and asset allocation strategies under its advisory. Mark has spent more than 30 years in the investment industry. He utilizes that experience to speak on topics related to macroeconomics and investment management at seminars and conferences.
His comments and written articles have been circulated in numerous publications ranging from the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s to the New York Times, USA Today, Financial Times, and Money magazine. He has appeared in various media outlets including CNBC, Bloomberg Television, Fox Business News, and CNN.
He has a BA and MBA from Gannon University and holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation from the Market Technicians Association

Mike Halloran serves as an Equity Strategist in Janney’s Investment Strategy Group. Bringing over 20 years of financial service experience to Janney’s established team of professionals, Mike analyzes all asset classes with particular emphasis on equity research.
Prior to Janney, Mike was Vice President of Market Strategy for BPU Investment Management Group, and was responsible for the development of the firm’s global outlook and implementation of numerous investment strategies. His previous experience includes performing equity research for large cap core and growth mutual funds, and working in PNC’s investment banking organization supporting M&A, high yield, private placement, loan syndication, and derivative security transactions. He is also an adjunct finance professor and former aerospace research engineer.
Mike received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University and his M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
