Donna brings over three decades of experience in the financial services sector, making her a seasoned professional in her field. Before her tenure at Janney, she honed her skills as a Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors, as well as at its predecessor firms, AG Edwards and Wachovia Securities. Her career has spanned numerous mergers and acquisitions, allowing her to adapt and thrive in a constantly evolving industry. Donna's impressive accomplishments have not gone unnoticed; she has received accolades from Forbes, being named a Best-In-State Wealth Advisor. This prestigious title is awarded based on comprehensive interviews and productivity data collected by SHOOK Research, an independent organization dedicated to evaluating Financial Advisors. In addition to this recognition, Donna has been recognized by Forbes as a Best-in-State Women Wealth Advisor each year since 2021, highlighting her influence and leadership in the wealth management sector.
Currently, Donna resides in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, where she enjoys a fulfilling life with her family. Outside of her professional commitments, she has a passion for painting, skiing, and gardening, which provide her with creative outlets and relaxation. She also cherishes the time spent with her extensive family, valuing the connections and memories they create together. Beyond her personal interests, Donna is deeply engaged in her community. She takes an active role in organizing events and fundraising efforts for various local charities, with a particular focus on initiatives that support military personnel and promote financial literacy among women. Her dedication to giving back reflects her belief in the importance of community involvement and empowerment.

With more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry, he believes financial planning should be clear, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique goals.

Adam holds the Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 securities licenses, insurance licenses, and the Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC®) designation. He earned his degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Outside the office, Adam enjoys cooking, golfing, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and taking scenic walks along the Niantic Bay Boardwalk.

Having grown with the team—starting as an intern and progressing through his role as a Private Client Associate—he leverages a deep, comprehensive understanding of day-to-day operations to deliver an exceptional, seamless client experience.

Stephen strives to combine a strong work ethic with industrious team collaboration to build lasting, long-term relationships with clients. For him, the most rewarding part of the process is providing the continuous guidance and support needed to help you feel completely secure in your financial future.
Stephen holds the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 securities licenses, as well as his life and health insurance licenses. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Central Connecticut State University.
Rooted in the community, Stephen grew up as an active Boy Scout completing long-distance treks and was a dedicated high school baseball athlete. Outside of the office, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys skiing, snowboarding, golfing, and fishing. Stephen and his wife, Ally, live in Clinton and are the proud parents of two very spoiled cats.
Lisa brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry to the team, with a strong background in working with clients and managing complex financial processes.
She supports the team as a Registered Private Client Associate, ensuring each client’s experience is seamless, personalized, and aligns with their unique financial goals.
With a background in institutional as well as retail financial services, most recently at Merrill Lynch, Lisa assists with client onboarding, account management, and investment operations.
Originally from New York, Lisa has been a resident of Connecticut for over 2 decades. Having raised her family in Guilford she is now a resident of Niantic and loving her new town. Outside of work, Lisa spends most of her time with family enjoying cooking, gardening, and long walks at Hammonasset.
Brent brings decades of experience in dynamic industries, adapting to changing markets, economies and competitive pressures. As a senior executive in established businesses and new business ventures, he understands and knows the importance of adapting to business cycle ups and downs, shifting career plans and life changes. A natural teacher and mentor, Brent’s philosophy is “If you want to have joy in your life, spend it helping those around you thrive.”
Brent holds a BBA in Marketing and Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Brent and his wife Suzanne are active in community and civic organizations in Old Lyme. They have raised their two daughters there. He enjoys helping his daughters chart their paths. One is a University of Denver Business graduate, working in Boston. Their younger daughter will be starting college in fall 2026. Brent is an automobile and aviation enthusiast.
