At The Lindbloom Group, our planning-focused team of wealth management professionals is committed to helping individuals, families, businesses, and foundations achieve their unique financial goals. With a highly individualized approach and a deep understanding of each client’s vision, we create customized strategies that bring financial aspirations to life.

Our team make-up and dynamics set us apart — a balance of seasoned professionals and fresh perspectives. We are in the “sweet spot" of experience: established enough to offer proven insight, but young enough to bring a dynamic, forward-thinking approach. This combination allows us to stay ahead of trends while understanding the evolving needs of our clients. Our multi-generational structure ensures that we are here for you, today and in the future. We build lasting relationships that extend across generations, providing guidance that aligns with both short-term needs and long-term goals.

We don’t just see ourselves as financial planners; we act as your Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Think of us as your trusted partner, always looking out for your best interests. Our goal is to foster a relationship based on knowledge, trust, friendship, and genuine care for your financial wellbeing. Open communication and mutual respect are the foundation of everything we do. When you work with us, you're not just a client — you're a part of our family. Together, we’ll chart a path to financial success, tailored specifically to you.

Managing Director / Wealth Management, Financial Advisor
About Ethan

I joined my father, Christopher Lindbloom, in the wealth management field in 2004 and quickly learned that human connection and understanding form the bedrock of doing well for clients. I recognize that every individual brings a different philosophy to wealth, money, and philanthropy, so our team develops financial and life plans from a blank canvas.

I serve as a dedicated resource in the areas of conventional investments, alternative investments, wealth transfer, real estate, retirement income, long-term care planning, and small business strategy and planning. After completing highly demanding and extensive curricula, I achieved the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional designation as well as the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation. I also hold the Certification in Long-Term Care designation.

Prior to joining Chris, I worked at the Virginia House of Delegates for eight annual legislative sessions, a formative experience that taught me a great deal about public policy and the demands of operating within a complex, high-pressure organization. I studied French at the University of Richmond and still enjoy practicing my foreign language skills with anyone who will indulge me. I also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Drexel University. I am honored to have been named a Forbes Best-In-State Financial Advisor in 2024, 2025, and 2026.

I currently serve on the board of trustees for The Virginia Home. Past philanthropic board work includes OAR of Greater Richmond, Richmond Cycling Corps, the Ginter Park Presbyterian Church Endowment Foundation, UnboundRVA, and Curated Culture.

I love the mountains and outdoor activities, especially mountain biking, hiking, and fly fishing. These interests led to me being a co-founding partner of Outpost Richmond and Current Culture Fly Shop.

I live in Richmond’s Museum District with my family. I am a passionate believer in Richmond’s viability as a great place to live, work, play, and raise a family, and I support organizations that share this vision.

Senior Vice President / Wealth Management, Financial Advisor
About Niki

I’ve always believed that good financial advice starts with a real conversation.

Since beginning my career in financial services in 2006, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals, families, and business owners make sense of their financial lives and feel more confident about the decisions in front of them. I joined The Lindbloom Group at Janney in 2014, where I work closely with clients to build thoughtful financial plans that reflect not only their goals, but also their values, priorities, and the life they want to create.

My approach is personal and collaborative. I like to understand the full picture: what clients are working toward, what keeps them up at night, what they’re excited about, and where they may need a little more clarity. From there, we can create a plan that feels practical, intentional and built around real life, not just a spreadsheet.

I’m especially passionate about making financial conversations feel more accessible. Whether I’m working with women taking a more active role in their financial lives, young professionals getting started, or families navigating major transitions, my goal is to help clients feel informed, comfortable asking questions, and confident taking the next step.

I’m a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and also hold the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor® designations. These areas of study support the work I do with clients across financial planning, tax strategies, college funding, estate planning, and financial analysis during the divorce process.

Beyond my client work, I care deeply about the future of the financial planning profession. I serve on Janney’s Women Financial Advisor Advisory Board, the board of the Financial Planning Association of Central Virginia, and the Advisory Board for Virginia Commonwealth University’s Financial Planning degree program, where I help connect academic curriculum with real-world experience for the next generation of planners.

I’ve also been honored to be named to the Forbes Best-in-State Women Advisors list in 2026 and AdvisorHub’s Advisors to Watch Next Gen list in 2026.

I’m originally from Burlington, Vermont, and moved south to attend East Carolina University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing. Today, I live in Richmond’s historic Fan District with my husband, Jack, and our two cats. Outside of work, we enjoy traveling, exploring Richmond’s restaurants and neighborhoods, and finding our next excuse for a good adventure.

In my role as Senior Registered Private Client Associate, I support clients with account administration, client onboarding, asset movement, retirement account support, and coordination across Janney’s internal resources. As a family of foodies, we never pass up the opportunity to try something new, from a hidden local gem to an exceptional fine dining experience.

I began my career in financial services in 2019 and quickly learned that exceptional client service is built on trust, communication, and meaningful relationships. Every client’s situation is unique, and I believe that taking the time to understand their needs and priorities helps create a positive and seamless experience.

Whether someone is just beginning their financial journey, raising a family, planning for retirement, or enjoying retirement, I enjoy being a dependable resource and helping make every step of the process as smooth as possible.

Building relationships and helping others are values that extend beyond my professional life.
