Our Team

Mike Dargusch is a former US Marine with eight years of tenure. After his military service, he transitioned to the financial services industry where he now has over a decade of experience and a respectable practice. In addition to his experience as a financial advisor, he has also served as a Branch Manager for a small regional bank, where he honed his skills in financial management and customer service.

Outside of his professional life, Mike is a devoted family man. He is married to Michelle, a dedicated elementary school teacher who shares his passion for nurturing the next generation. Together, they have two sons, Sammy and Joey, who actively participate in the Boy Scouts/Cub Scouts, competitive swimming, and Taekwondo. Mike plays an active role in their extracurriculars, often serving as a Scout Leader and cheering them on at their various sporting events.

In his spare time, Mike is a fitness enthusiast who frequents the gym. Otherwise, he’s exercising his creative side through playing guitar and turning wrenches on his “fun” car, an ongoing work in progress.
