For over thirty years, Richard has consistently demonstrated his commitment to helping clients achieve their financial goals. Richard places a high emphasis on continuing education and providing exceptional service. In 2021, Forbes Magazine recognized him as a Best-In-State Financial Advisor in North Carolina, a designation only given to 100 advisors in North Carolina.
Before joining Janney in 2021, Richard was a financial advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors from 2004-2021. Prior to that experience, he worked with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. There, he provided investment advice to clients from 1993 to 2004 as well as managed the Morgan Stanley Dean Witter office in Naples, FL and Countryside, FL. In 2006, Richard attained the designation of Certified Financial Planner™ Professional (CFP®) which is governed by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. The mission of Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. (CFP Board) is to benefit the public by granting the CFP® certification. Richard earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration in 1993 from The Citadel: The Military College of South Carolina.
Richard lives in SouthPark with his sons Will and Thomas. From 2007 through 2011, Richard served on the board of the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Charlotte where he served two years as president. He has also served as an assistant coach for Let Me Run and as BSA Scouting Troop 11 & Troop 111 Training Chair. Currently, Richard serves as the President of Hound Ears Club in Boone, NC where he also has served as the Treasurer, and Chair of the Finance and Sports Committees.
In any successful business, it takes hard work and dedication to build a reputation for integrity and great service. With more than 27 years of experience in the financial services industry and 17 of those years as a Financial Advisor, Tommy delivers prudent and straight forward insight to his clients. He works with families helping them navigate the multiple financial decisions in their lives. Tommy’s primary focus is helping these families grow, preserve and distribute their financial resources. He offers a consultative, solution-oriented approach to investing. By offering a comprehensive approach to financial management, he works to help clients fully utilize all the resources that Janney has to offer. As a Financial Advisor, Tommy can deliver a full range of investment planning solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Prior to joining Janney, Tommy served at Wells Fargo Advisors since 2008. He began his career with Citigroup (formerly Travelers Group) in 1998. After moving to Charlotte, he joined Wachovia Bank, a predecessor to Wells Fargo Advisors in 1999 as a personal banker and later served as a Branch Manager and Financial Specialist. In his role as a Financial Specialist, he provided banking, lending, investment and retirement spending or retirement planning advice to individual and small business clients.
Tommy obtained his B.S. degree in Financial Management from Clemson University and went on to earn his MBA from Wake Forest University.
Tommy and his wife, Ashlie, live in Fort Mill, South Carolina with their son, Thomas, and sweet pup, Waffles. He has served as a Stewardship Committee member and Deacon at Sharon Baptist Church. In addition to volunteering as a coach for Let Me Run and various Tega Cay Parks & Rec sports, he helped start the Watch DOGS (Dads of Great Students) program at Doby’s Bridge Elementary.
As Private Client Associate, Sara is focused on putting clients first in all that she does. She partners with Richard and Tommy to assist in helping clients work toward achieving the goals that are important to them. Sara strives to provide outstanding client service by working quickly and efficiently. She provides timely and accurate answers or solutions when working with their clients. She enjoys building relationships with each client and getting to know the different aspects of their life. Sara also likes to assist the team in partnering to host events and seminars as a way of adding value for their clients.
Sara has spent her financial services career at Wells Fargo in 2010, starting out as a Teller. She moved on to serve as Lead Teller and then Service Manager. In 2017, she expanded into Wells Fargo Advisors and began her role as Marketing Client Associate.
Outside of the office, Sara enjoys spending time with her family – visiting the White Water Center, enjoying family vacations to the beach, and visiting Walt Disney World. Sara and her husband, Phil, share a daughter, Claire, and two dogs, Peppa and Coco.

Greg Drahuschak joined Janney in 1991. He has over 45 years of economic experience and provides daily, weekly, and monthly market commentary, with a particular focus on the equity market, to Janney and our clients.
Prior to joining Janney, he worked as a retail broker with—and eventually transitioned into the research departments of—Butcher & Singer and Wheat First Securities. He was also an instructor at Robert Morris College and the University of Pittsburgh.
Greg has written articles for several newspapers and websites, and has been the featured financial professional on many live radio broadcasts.
He earned his B.A. in fine arts from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, as well as certificates from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and from the New York Institute of Finance.
Mark Luschini is the Chief Investment Strategist for Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, leading the Investment Strategy Group. In that capacity Mark is responsible for establishing the Firm’s broad outlook relating to conditions in the capital markets and the economy and to develop investment strategies that align with the best interest, goals, and objectives of individual and institutional clients. He also establishes the Firm’s asset allocation models used for portfolio construction and financial planning.
As Chief Investment Strategist, Mark serves as the Janney's investment spokesperson, offering national market commentary and developing asset allocation models and investment strategies. He chairs the investment committee and actively interfaces with both current and prospective clients.
Additionally, Mark directs Janney Capital Management, the Firm’s discretionary investment management division. Under his leadership, Janney Capital Management has delivered competitive investment results across multiple strategies. The total assets under management has grown to more than $4 billion, with nearly $3 billion in traditional equity and fixed income assets, and over $1 billion in various strategic and tactical asset allocation strategies utilizing exchange-traded solutions and mutual funds. Mark served on the Board of Managers for Janney, and currently serves as a Trustee for the Firm’s Pension & Profit Sharing Plan. He is a member of the Janney Wealth Management Department’s Mutual Fund and Alternative Investment Committees.
In Janney Capital Management, Mark chairs the Investment Committee which sets asset class and sector policy and directly participates in managing the equity, fixed income, and asset allocation strategies under its advisory. Mark has spent more than 30 years in the investment industry. He utilizes that experience to speak on topics related to macroeconomics and investment management at seminars and conferences.
His comments and written articles have been circulated in numerous publications ranging from the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s to the New York Times, USA Today, Financial Times, and Money magazine. He has appeared in various media outlets including CNBC, Bloomberg Television, Fox Business News, and CNN.
He has a BA and MBA from Gannon University and holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation from the Market Technicians Association
