Craig joined Janney in 2025, bringing over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previously associated with Morgan Stanley, he began his career on Wall Street in November 1982, after working as a CPA for Ernst & Young and Deloitte Haskins & Sells.
Craig is dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve long-term financial confidence through comprehensive financial planning. With a client-centered approach, he and his team work closely with clients to develop personalized strategies that align with their unique goals, values, and life circumstances.
Craig graduated from Babson College, earning his degree in Accounting, in 1980. He currently holds his FINRA Series 7, 15, 63, and 65 securities licenses.
Outside the office, Craig is happily married to his wife of 45 years, Melissa. They are proud parents to two adult children, Danielle and Ashton, and even prouder grandparents to their granddaughter, Esti—with another grandchild on the way. When he’s not spending time with his family, you can find Craig cheering on the New York Jets, collecting sports memorabilia, and studying numismatics.
Alan joined Janney in 2025, bringing nearly 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. His prior experience included roles at Morgan Stanley, operating his own financial planning and tax practice in New York City, and working as a CPA at Ernst & Young.
Alan joined forces with Craig Moss in 1994, and thirty years later, they continue to work closely together to help clients achieve their financial goals. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Alan is passionate about guiding clients in aligning their financial decisions with their personal values and long-term goals, helping them navigate toward a life of financial well-being.
Alan graduated from Syracuse University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA in finance. In addition to being a CFP® practitioner, he holds his FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses.
Alan is a proud New Yorker, born in Brookyln and raised in Jericho, he now resides in Saratoga Springs.
With a background as a Compliance and Risk Officer in the financial services industry, Ana brings deep understanding of regulatory standards, ethical investing and practices, and risk management to every client relationship. This foundation helps ensure her clients receive guidance that is both strategic and responsible, and helps her design personalized wealth strategies that prioritize both growth and protection.
Ana focuses on helping individuals and families navigate their long-term wealth preservation with clarity and confidence. Her clients value her transparent approach and commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Originally from Serbia, Ana is fluent in four languages and holds two bachelor’s degrees— one from Serbia—and an MBA in Finance, which she earned while working full time and taking care of her two young sons.
This experience provided her with strong international and analytical foundation, strengthened her discipline, commitment and ability to balance strategic priorities—skills she can now apply in helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Outside of work, Ana enjoys spending time with her husband and their two sons. She is a proud sports mom, supporting her older son as he plays football for Massapequa Mustangs and lacrosse for Long Island Jesters.

Mark Luschini is the Chief Investment Strategist for Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, leading the Investment Strategy Group. In that capacity Mark is responsible for establishing the Firm’s broad outlook relating to conditions in the capital markets and the economy and to develop investment strategies that align with the best interest, goals, and objectives of individual and institutional clients. He also establishes the Firm’s asset allocation models used for portfolio construction and financial planning.
As Chief Investment Strategist, Mark serves as the Janney's investment spokesperson, offering national market commentary and developing asset allocation models and investment strategies. He chairs the investment committee and actively interfaces with both current and prospective clients.
Additionally, Mark directs Janney Capital Management, the Firm’s discretionary investment management division. Under his leadership, Janney Capital Management has delivered competitive investment results across multiple strategies. The total assets under management has grown to more than $4 billion, with nearly $3 billion in traditional equity and fixed income assets, and over $1 billion in various strategic and tactical asset allocation strategies utilizing exchange-traded solutions and mutual funds. Mark served on the Board of Managers for Janney, and currently serves as a Trustee for the Firm’s Pension & Profit Sharing Plan. He is a member of the Janney Wealth Management Department’s Mutual Fund and Alternative Investment Committees.
In Janney Capital Management, Mark chairs the Investment Committee which sets asset class and sector policy and directly participates in managing the equity, fixed income, and asset allocation strategies under its advisory. Mark has spent more than 30 years in the investment industry. He utilizes that experience to speak on topics related to macroeconomics and investment management at seminars and conferences.
His comments and written articles have been circulated in numerous publications ranging from the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s to the New York Times, USA Today, Financial Times, and Money magazine. He has appeared in various media outlets including CNBC, Bloomberg Television, Fox Business News, and CNN.
He has a BA and MBA from Gannon University and holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation from the Market Technicians Association
Shurdonna serves as Vice President and the Director of Janney's High Net Worth Consulting Group. She provides comprehensive solutions designed to effectively address complex issues to help high net worth individuals and families, business owners, corporate executives, professional athletes, and others meet their goals and objectives.
Most recently, Shurdonna served as Assistant Vice President & Senior Financial Planner, supporting the advanced financial planning efforts for the Firm's Mid-Atlantic region. She also supported Janney’s clients in achieving their financial goals, provided subject matter expertise, and coached Janney's Financial Advisors and their clients through all aspects of financial planning. Together, they formulate comprehensive financial plans outlining estate, trust, and wealth transfer planning, asset protection, retirement, income tax, and charitable planning strategies.
Shurdonna has more than 15 years of progressive experience in the investment management industry. Previously, Shurdonna was a Financial Advisor in Vanguard Personal Advisor Services®, where she provided investment guidance and financial planning services to clients with significant wealth. Shurdonna also served in Vanguard’s Education Savings Group, focusing on 529 plans and college-savings strategies. While at Vanguard, Shurdonna had the opportunity to rotate through several of the firm's departments, including Retirement Plan Services, International, and Retail Investor Group, as part of its Accelerated Leadership Development Program.
Shurdonna earned the Certified Financial PlannerTM designation and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
She received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Temple University Beasley School of Law and has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Morgan State University Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management.
Shurdonna is an active leader in her region's nonprofit community. She is a board member and a member of the finance, DEI, and strategic planning committees of Philadelphia's Magic Gardens mosaic art environment. She’s also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, an international service organization.
