Prior to joining the firm in 1991, Rich owned and operated a printing business. His career change was driven by a keen interest in investments that began in his teenage years, when he started buying and selling stocks. During that time, Rich enjoyed discussions about investments and regularly provided financial advice to friends and colleagues.
Rich is a native of Mobile, Alabama, and a graduate of the US Naval Academy, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Technology. He served 7 years of active duty in the Navy and 8 years in the Naval Reserves. Rich also holds an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor℠ certification and has completed the Securities Industry Institute Program at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
An active member of his community, Rich serves on the Board of Trustees for MHY Family Services. He and his wife Ellen have two sons, Chris and Brett. In his free time, Rich enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, biking, skiing, tennis, and golf, as well as music.
Rob Gleyze joined Janney as part of the successful merger with Parker Hunter Incorporated in 2005. He previously worked at a local Fortune 100 Company for nine years as a Senior Financial Planner.
With his extensive financial planning comprehension and experience, Rob provides his clients with solid, knowledgeable investment advice. A Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professional and Retirement Income Specialist, Rob provides full service in four key areas he considers essential to wealth management: Estate Planning, Insurance, Financial Planning, and Investment Management. Knowing the importance of health in retirement and how one incident can derail a plan, Rob prepares his clients for those unforeseeable events using his designation in Certified Long-Term Care Insurance (CLTC®), which he incorporates into every plan. Rob was voted one of America’s Top Financial Planners of 2008 by the Consumers’ Research Council of America.
In today’s fluctuating market, Rob is acutely aware of the need for clients to understand how the dynamics of a global economy can impact retirement savings and investment portfolios. Through a variety of financial seminars hosted by Rob, these timely topics are addressed. Recognizing the financial concerns of the community, Rob has made frequent appearances on KQV radio fielding questions and held on-air discussions with the host of the radio program.
Born and raised in the Northeastern Pennsylvania town of Williamsport, Rob attended Pennsylvania State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance degree. He received his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. He holds the Retirement Income Specialist designation, a professional curriculum created by Janney to focus on unique strategies to effectively plan for retirement income and equip financial advisors with the tools to create retirement income plans. Rob is a member of the Pittsburgh Estate Planning Council.
Rob has been in the Pittsburgh area for over 35 years and currently lives in the Pine-Richland area with his wife and three sons. Rob is active in his church, enjoys golf, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family.
With 44 years of financial industry experience and more than 30 years as a licensed financial advisor, G.R. now serves as Senior Vice President of Wealth Management and Branch Manager of the Beaver office. A graduate of Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, with concentrations in Finance and Psychology.
G.R. works with both businesses and individuals to develop and recommend investment strategies and retirement plans with an emphasis on asset accumulation, management, preservation, and distribution. He is currently utilizing Janney’s unique Retirement Income Evaluator program to assist clients in analyzing their retirement objectives. G.R. works closely with each of his clients to establish investment objectives based on their overall financial situation and reviews their investment portfolios to ensure they align with the client’s goals and financial plan. He has worked in the management side of the business for nearly 30 years and has served as a visiting instructor at Janney University's Learning Programs as well as an invited guest lecturer at the Community College of Beaver County and Robert Morris University.
A lifelong resident of Beaver County, G.R. is an active supporter of many local non-profit organizations including Beaver County YMCA, The Salvation Army, Beaver County Educational Trust, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and Heritage Valley Health System, on whose Board of Directors he previously served for nearly 20 years. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for c3 Compassion, a newer local non-profit that supports orphanages and the furthering of children’s education in Africa, El Salvador, and India.
Mark holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) certification, equipping him with extensive knowledge in investment solutions for corporations and individuals. This includes financial, estate, and retirement planning services encompassing stocks, bonds, mutual funds, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), annuities, and certificates of deposit (CDs).
A local graduate of Sewickley Academy, Mark strengthened his Pittsburgh roots by earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He also received the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA®) certification from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Active in the community, Mark previously served as Chairman of the Board of Ohio Valley General Hospital. He currently resides in Coraopolis with his wife Jan. Mark enjoys an active lifestyle, including golf, tennis, paddle tennis, skiing, scuba diving, and spending time with their three children and four grandchildren.
Michael joined Janney in 2016, drawn to the firm's rich culture and history. Recognizing that each client brings a unique financial philosophy, he develops personalized plans covering investments, retirement, taxes, insurance, and estate planning.
Michael earned a Bachelor's in Finance and Accounting from Clarion University, and gained valuable experience at Merrill Lynch before joining Janney. He has held the prestigious Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation since 2018, as well as the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA®) and Certification in Long-Term Care (CLTC®) designations.
By offering tailored financial and life plans, Michael works to ensure his clients are equipped to address all aspects of their financial needs. He works directly with each individual, drawing on his experience to offer a wide array of customized solutions.
Outside the office, Michael enjoys an active lifestyle, with hobbies including golfing, exercising, traveling, and cooking. He resides in Robinson Township with his wife Molly and their 1-year-old son Matthew.
After starting her career in finance with Federated Hermes in Pittsburgh, Keleigh made the move to Janney in 2018. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University, with a major in Economics and a minor in International Business. Keleigh also earned her Masters of Science in Finance from Purdue University Global and her Certificate of Financial Planning from Boston University.
Keleigh holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. This prestigious certification, awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., recognizes individuals who meet rigorous education, examination, experience, and ethics requirements. The coursework and exams focus on investment, retirement, tax, insurance, and estate planning.
Her years of customer service experience set a great foundation for providing timely and accurate responses to clients, while her analytical background gives her the experience needed to provide clients with helpful illustrations, such as Janney’s Retirement Income Evaluator. This unique tool provides clients with a thorough, yet easy to understand, a roadmap of retirement income and spending so that they can feel more comfortable making the decision to transition from the workforce to retirement.
Originally from Clarion, Keleigh is a North-Western Pennsylvanian who is excited to have found her new “hometown” in Beaver. She and her husband, Micah, live in Brighton Township with their two kids. They greatly enjoy being a part of the local community as well as members of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Outside of office hours, Keleigh will typically be found out and about with her children enjoying their favorite playgrounds and other local activities. Keleigh looks forward to exploring new baseball stadiums each summer with her favorite baseball fan (her dad) as part of their journey toward seeing a game in every MLB stadium.
Stacie joined our Beaver office in 2022 as a Private Client Associate. She comes to Janney with 25 years of experience in business, with an emphasis on business practices, administrative support, and client service across the financial services, banking, and health insurance industries. Her strong client service background stems from working as a Client Services Specialist for both the retail banking and commercial lending areas at First Commonwealth Bank; as a small group health insurance Client Representative for Swift Kennedy Associates; and as an Advisor Assistant to William Cuba of SKG Wealth Management.
Stacie is a native of DuBois, PA, and relocated to the Beaver area in 2019 with her husband, Mark, and daughter. Outside of the office, Stacie enjoys riding her horse Regent, camping, fishing, golfing, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Garrett joined our team in 2023 as a Private Client Associate. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations with a minor in Business Administration from High Point University. Prior to joining Janney, Garrett owned and operated a construction business. With a longstanding interest in investments and stocks, Garrett decided to transition his career to the financial sector. Since joining, he has passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams, becoming fully licensed.
Garrett and his wife Gabby reside in Allison Park with their newborn, Leighton. Outside of work, Garrett enjoys trying new local restaurants, traveling, exercising, and spending quality time with his family.

Debra S. Roey joined Janney Montgomery Scott LLC in November 2006, as Janney Retirement Plan Services (JRPS) Manager. JRPS was founded in 1982 to provide Janney’s Corporate Retirement Plan Clients with support in plan design analysis, proposal procurement and review, investment fiduciary services, technical expertise, and problem resolution.
Debra has over 30 years of experience in the Retirement Plan arena. Prior to joining Janney, she served as Regional Director with Union Central Life Retirement and Investment Services. During her tenure, she received numerous sales awards including qualification for the company’s highest society membership. She also served on several corporate committees involved with Strategic Planning and Product Development.
Debra earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
Greg Drahuschak joined Janney in 1991. He has over 45 years of economic experience and provides daily, weekly, and monthly market commentary, with a particular focus on the equity market, to Janney and our clients.
Prior to joining Janney, he worked as a retail broker with—and eventually transitioned into the research departments of—Butcher & Singer and Wheat First Securities. He was also an instructor at Robert Morris College and the University of Pittsburgh.
Greg has written articles for several newspapers and websites, and has been the featured financial professional on many live radio broadcasts.
He earned his B.A. in fine arts from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, as well as certificates from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and from the New York Institute of Finance.
Guy LeBas is Janney’s Chief Fixed Income Strategist, as well as Head of Fixed Income for Janney Capital Management. As Strategist, he is responsible for providing direction to the Firm’s clients on the macroeconomic, interest rate, and bond market investing climate.
Guy authors bond market periodicals, which provide relative value recommendations across the fixed income spectrum. With Janney Capital Management, Guy is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s discretionarily managed bond portfolios, which take a client-tailored approach to generating consistent income across interest rate environments.
Guy joined Janney in 2006. Prior to joining Janney, Guy served as Interest Rate Risk Manager for U.S. Trust’s bank asset and liability portfolios, a role in which he oversaw risk and return on $20 billion of bank assets and derivatives.
Guy is also a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg TV and Fox Business News, as well as a regular speaker at financial industry conferences. He received his education from Swarthmore College, holds an M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and is a CFA Charterholder.
Jay Guyer serves as Vice President, Senior Financial Planner in Janney Montgomery Scott’s Wealth Planning Department. He focuses on supporting the advanced financial planning efforts for the Firm’s Western region. In his role, Mr. Guyer serves as a resource for Financial Advisors working with complex client-planning needs to assist clients with meeting their goals and objectives. Mr. Guyer is based in Janney’s Pittsburgh, PA office.
Mr. Guyer has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined Janney from M&T Bank/Wilmington Trust, where he served as a Senior Financial Planner supporting their Western Pennsylvania and New York branches. Prior to M&T Bank, he spent time as the Director of Financial Planning with Omega Bank in State College, PA. He also served as a Financial Planner with The Vanguard Group.
Mr. Guyer is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®). He also holds his Series 6, 7, 24, 63 and 65 securities licenses and earned the Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health, Fixed and Variable Annuity licenses. Mr. Guyer received his JD and LLM in Tax Law from Taft Law School and has a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Juniata College.
Kim Beil serves as Director of the Managed and Insured Solutions Group in Janney Montgomery Scott’s Wealth Management department. In this role, Ms. Beil oversees the daily activities of the Managed and Insured Solutions Group and is responsible for promoting both advisory and insured solutions for the firm.
Ms. Beil is an active member of the Firm, the industry, and is involved in several community organizations. At Janney, she is a member of the Firm’s Women’s Interactive Network (WIN). She is also a founding member for Girls on the Run Philadelphia, a non-profit program that encourages preteen girls to develop self-respect and healthy lifestyles through running. Currently, she volunteers with the Neucrue Cancer Foundation.
A graduate of Drexel University, Mrs. Beil holds a B.S. in business administration, and has over 15 years of financial services industry experience at Janney. She is an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor℠ (AWMA®), holds an insurance license, and is a LEADERSHIP Philadelphia Fellow.
In her spare time, Ms. Beil enjoys running and challenging herself in half marathons.
Mark Luschini is the Chief Investment Strategist for Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, leading the Investment Strategy Group. In that capacity Mark is responsible for establishing the Firm’s broad outlook relating to conditions in the capital markets and the economy and to develop investment strategies that align with the best interest, goals, and objectives of individual and institutional clients. He also establishes the Firm’s asset allocation models used for portfolio construction and financial planning.
As Chief Investment Strategist, Mark serves as the Janney's investment spokesperson, offering national market commentary and developing asset allocation models and investment strategies. He chairs the investment committee and actively interfaces with both current and prospective clients.
Additionally, Mark directs Janney Capital Management, the Firm’s discretionary investment management division. Under his leadership, Janney Capital Management has delivered competitive investment results across multiple strategies. The total assets under management has grown to more than $4 billion, with nearly $3 billion in traditional equity and fixed income assets, and over $1 billion in various strategic and tactical asset allocation strategies utilizing exchange-traded solutions and mutual funds. Mark served on the Board of Managers for Janney, and currently serves as a Trustee for the Firm’s Pension & Profit Sharing Plan. He is a member of the Janney Wealth Management Department’s Mutual Fund and Alternative Investment Committees.
In Janney Capital Management, Mark chairs the Investment Committee which sets asset class and sector policy and directly participates in managing the equity, fixed income, and asset allocation strategies under its advisory. Mark has spent more than 30 years in the investment industry. He utilizes that experience to speak on topics related to macroeconomics and investment management at seminars and conferences.
His comments and written articles have been circulated in numerous publications ranging from the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s to the New York Times, USA Today, Financial Times, and Money magazine. He has appeared in various media outlets including CNBC, Bloomberg Television, Fox Business News, and CNN.
He has a BA and MBA from Gannon University and holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation from the Market Technicians Association
