Our Team
As both a Financial Advisor and the Branch Manager, I oversee the day to day activities of Janney's Scranton office as well as the Wilkes-Barre office. I was recognized as one of the 2009 Top 100 Branch Managers. This recognition, as appeared in the industry publication “On Wall Street”, showcases top branch managers nationwide for achievements in business development and recruiting, dedication to providing and facilitating superior client service, and for commitment to excellence as a leader to the Financial Consultants and Associates in their respective offices.
Drawn to Janney’s family atmosphere and client-centered business model, I joined the firm in 1991. With Janney, I am afforded the freedom to explore my clients’ current needs and make recommendations based on their goals.
The range of my professional services includes financial, retirement, insurance and education planning, mutual funds and equities, tax-free and taxable bonds as well as annuities. From the very first meeting, I make it perfectly clear that I use a ‘client comes first’ approach. Each client is unique. Regular communication with my clients helps to identify any changes or adjustments which need to be made.
I hold the prestigious Accredited Wealth Management Advisor℠ designation from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in conjunction with Janney’s internal education division, Janney University. In addition, I also hold FINRA Series 7, 9 & 10, 31, 63 and 65 securities licenses as well as Life, Health and Annuities licenses in Pennsylvania. My previous experience was with Reuben H. Donnelly where I advised clients on yellow page advertising needs.
A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. I am an avid skier and also enjoy golf, traveling, sports car racing, and spending Saturdays during college football season cheering on the Penn State Nittany Lions. My wife, Doreen, and I have two daughters, Lexi and Gabby.
We collaborate with other Janney specialists, as needed, who have in-depth experience in specific disciplines. Together, we can assess your unique situation, analyze different strategies, and develop a plan fit for your unique needs and goals.
