About Robert

Robert “Rob” T. Rose, AIF®, is an Executive Vice President/Wealth Management, and Financial Advisor with RLR Wealth Management of Janney Montgomery Scott. With more than three decades of experience, Rob works with individuals and families to develop thoughtful financial and investment strategies designed around their goals, priorities, and long-term needs.


Rob knew from an early age that he wanted to become a Financial Advisor. He was inspired by his grandfather, a successful investor whose life was positively impacted by seeking and following sound financial advice and common-sense guidance. That experience helped shape Rob’s belief in the value of trusted advice and the importance of building lasting relationships with the families he serves.


Throughout his career, Rob has emphasized a disciplined, client-focused approach to wealth management. As a partner with RLR Wealth Management, he works collaboratively with the team to provide investment management, financial planning, retirement planning, and ongoing guidance through the important financial decisions and transitions clients encounter throughout their lives.


Rob began his career as a Financial Advisor in the late 1980s and later served with BB&T Scott & Stringfellow and Truist, where he was a Senior Managing Director and Financial Advisor. While at BB&T Scott & Stringfellow, Rob was appointed Chair of the firm’s Advisory Board, where he represented and advocated for the needs of clients and advisors.


Rob holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation, as well as FINRA Series 7, 66, and 9/10 registrations and Life and Health insurance licenses.

About John

John E. Riley IV, CFP®, AAMS®, is a First Vice President/Wealth Management, and a Financial Advisor with RLR Wealth Management of Janney Montgomery Scott. He works with individuals, families, retirees, and business owners to develop personalized financial strategies that help align their wealth with their long-term goals and evolving priorities.


John believes meaningful financial advice begins with understanding each client's unique circumstances before developing recommendations. His planning-focused approach combines comprehensive financial planning, customized investment management, retirement planning, and ongoing wealth management guidance to help clients navigate important financial decisions with confidence and clarity.


As a partner with RLR Wealth Management, John is part of a collaborative team that emphasizes long-term relationships built on trust, communication, and personalized service. Clients benefit from the collective experience and resources of the entire team, providing continuity and thoughtful guidance through every stage of life.


John began his career in financial services in 2010 with BB&T and later BB&T Scott & Stringfellow before serving as a Vice President and Financial Advisor with Truist.


John earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Virginia Tech, where he was a member of the men’s swimming team, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and an Accredited Asset Management Specialist℠ (AAMS®). John holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations, as well as Life, Health, and Long-Term Care insurance licenses.


His commitment to both his profession and his community is reflected in his involvement with the Greensboro chapter of Ducks Unlimited and previous service on the boards of the Greensboro Symphony and the Greensboro Jaycees. In 2026, John was named to the Forbes Best-in-State Next-Gen Wealth Advisors list. He was also recognized by the Triad Business Journal as one of its 40 Under Forty in 2020, honoring emerging leaders making an impact in the community.


John and his wife, Kim, live in Greensboro with their two children. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hunting, cooking, and staying active.

About Katie

Katie R. Morgan, CRPC®, is a Portfolio and Investment Specialist with RLR Wealth Management of Janney Montgomery Scott. With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, Katie is a key member of the investment and client service team. She works closely with the team on portfolio construction, investment implementation, and ongoing monitoring of client portfolios. Katie brings her investment expertise to the team’s planning and investment strategies, helping develop coordinated portfolio solutions for the families they serve.


Katie also works directly with clients on a daily basis, assisting with their ongoing account and service needs while providing timely, personalized attention. Her extensive industry experience and the strong relationships she has built with RLR’s clients allow her to provide continuity, anticipate their needs, and serve as a trusted resource for the families the team serves.

In addition to her portfolio and client responsibilities, Katie plays a leadership role in practice management and helps coordinate the team’s day-to-day operations. She works to keep the practice organized and ensures the advisors and broader team have the support and resources needed to serve clients effectively.


Katie began her career in financial services in 2005 and has held roles with Northwestern Mutual, UBS, Morgan Stanley, BB&T Scott & Stringfellow, and Truist. Katie earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Arts in Justice Studies from Appalachian State University. She holds FINRA Series 7, 66, and 9/10 registrations, as well as Long-Term Care and Life and Health insurance licenses. She also earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ (CRPC®) designation.


Outside the office, Katie enjoys running and golfing, along with a good book and a great cup of coffee.

Kathi F. Bunn
Senior Registered Private Client Associate
About Kathi

Kathi Bunn is a Senior Registered Private Client Associate with RLR Wealth Management of Janney Montgomery Scott and brings more than 27 years of financial services experience to the team. As a primary point of contact for the team, Kathi works closely with clients to assist with their day-to-day service needs and helps ensure they receive the responsive, personalized attention that is central to RLR Wealth Management’s approach.


Kathi is often the first person clients speak with when they call the team. She coordinates the advisors’ calendars and client meetings and assists clients with account needs, including deposits, distributions, and other money movement requests. Her experience and attention to detail help ensure requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with appropriate follow-through.


Kathi believes exceptional service comes from knowing the families she works with and being someone they can depend on when they need assistance. She takes pride in being knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive, working closely with the advisors and the rest of the RLR team to help make each client’s experience as seamless as possible.


Kathi holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 66, and 24 registrations. She is also licensed in Life and Health Insurance, Variable Annuities, and Long-Term Care.


Outside the office, Kathi is active in her community and has been involved with Animal Resource Friends for more than 13 years. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Greg Drahuschak

About Greg

Greg Drahuschak joined Janney in 1991. He has over 45 years of economic experience and provides daily, weekly, and monthly market commentary, with a particular focus on the equity market, to Janney and our clients.

 

Prior to joining Janney, he worked as a retail broker with—and eventually transitioned into the research departments of—Butcher & Singer and Wheat First Securities. He was also an instructor at Robert Morris College and the University of Pittsburgh.

 

Greg has written articles for several newspapers and websites, and has been the featured financial professional on many live radio broadcasts. 

 

He earned his B.A. in fine arts from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, as well as certificates from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and from the New York Institute of Finance.
