
Joshua Scheinker serves as Executive Vice President/Wealth Management and focuses on a family office approach with his high net worth clients. He specializes in creating retirement plans and designing investment strategies using options, ETFs, mutual funds and other alternative investments.
Joshua is a graduate of Emory University’s Roberto C. Goizueta Business School and like his father, has earned recognition and awards through a number of investment firms. Josh was a member of Smith Barney’s exclusive President’s Council and was certified a Wealth Management Specialist at Legg Mason. Josh has also been quoted in Bloomberg Businessweek, Forbes, and the Baltimore Business Journal. More recently, he was also featured in two stories in the Wall Street Journal about wealth creation and marketing strategies.
Josh was selected as one of the Best-In-State Wealth Advisors by Forbes & SHOOK Research for five years running. Josh currently serves a member of the Board of Trustees of the St. Paul’s Schools. Most recently, he became a Board Member of CraniUS, LLC, a med tech company pursuing FDA approval and commercialization of a proprietary drug device that will benefit millions of Americans. He also serves on the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation Annual College Season Tip-Off Committee.
Previously, he served as President of the Alumni Board of St. Paul's School for Boys and has led their 800 attendee Brooklandwood Bash. He is a former Board Member of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America - Maryland Chapter and has chaired their Spotlight Gala. He was also the Revenue Chair of the 2015 Green Valley North Turkey Trot. Josh formerly served on the Investment Committee of Jemicy School and Miles That Matter | Ulman Cancer Center. Josh lives in Lutherville with his fiancée Melissa, their four kids, two Golden Retrievers and a Great Dane.

A Baltimore native, Aprenea McCutchen has over 20 years of professional experience in retail management and financial services. She has an extensive background in operations, training, audit, and sales. Prior to her current role; Aprenea was a Registered Client Associate with Wells Fargo Advisors. Aprenea also worked with First National Bank as a Regional Banking Specialist, Ameriprise Financial, VALIC, and Bank of America. Aprenea continues to study and learn all aspects of business and the financial industry. She recently earned her Certification in Long-Term Care (CLTC®).
In her free time, she enjoys baking, hosting arts and crafts parties for family, listening to audio books, spending time with her son, and being outdoors.

Michael Adler joined the financial industry upon graduating from The University of Maryland in 2018 with a degree in Economics, where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team. Michael’s passion is working with people through all stages of life to uncover their goals and create customized solutions to help achieve them. Michael joins the team after working as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch. Michael’s experience in lending, banking and advisory will serve valuable in the team’s effort to provide a high level of care to clients.
A New Jersey native, Michael relocated to Baltimore in 2018 and remains close to the lacrosse community. In his free time, Michael enjoys golfing, distance running, hiking, cooking, and snowboarding.



Laura is a Baltimore native with an extensive background in operations within the financial services industry. Prior to her current role, Laura was a Senior Registered Client Associate at Wells Fargo Advisors. Laura also worked at Raymond James, Deutsche Bank and started in the business at Alex Brown & Sons. In her free time she enjoys reading, walking and traveling.

Guy LeBas is Janney’s Chief Fixed Income Strategist, as well as Head of Fixed Income for Janney Capital Management. As Strategist, he is responsible for providing direction to the Firm’s clients on the macroeconomic, interest rate, and bond market investing climate.
Guy authors bond market periodicals, which provide relative value recommendations across the fixed income spectrum. With Janney Capital Management, Guy is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s discretionarily managed bond portfolios, which take a client-tailored approach to generating consistent income across interest rate environments.
Guy joined Janney in 2006. Prior to joining Janney, Guy served as Interest Rate Risk Manager for U.S. Trust’s bank asset and liability portfolios, a role in which he oversaw risk and return on $20 billion of bank assets and derivatives.
Guy is also a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg TV and Fox Business News, as well as a regular speaker at financial industry conferences. He received his education from Swarthmore College, holds an M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Mark Luschini is the Chief Investment Strategist for Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, leading the Investment Strategy Group. In that capacity Mark is responsible for establishing the Firm’s broad outlook relating to conditions in the capital markets and the economy and to develop investment strategies that align with the best interest, goals, and objectives of individual and institutional clients. He also establishes the Firm’s asset allocation models used for portfolio construction and financial planning.
As Chief Investment Strategist, Mark serves as the Janney's investment spokesperson, offering national market commentary and developing asset allocation models and investment strategies. He chairs the investment committee and actively interfaces with both current and prospective clients.
Additionally, Mark directs Janney Capital Management, the Firm’s discretionary investment management division. Under his leadership, Janney Capital Management has delivered competitive investment results across multiple strategies. The total assets under management has grown to more than $4 billion, with nearly $3 billion in traditional equity and fixed income assets, and over $1 billion in various strategic and tactical asset allocation strategies utilizing exchange-traded solutions and mutual funds. Mark served on the Board of Managers for Janney, and currently serves as a Trustee for the Firm’s Pension & Profit Sharing Plan. He is a member of the Janney Wealth Management Department’s Mutual Fund and Alternative Investment Committees.
In Janney Capital Management, Mark chairs the Investment Committee which sets asset class and sector policy and directly participates in managing the equity, fixed income, and asset allocation strategies under its advisory. Mark has spent more than 30 years in the investment industry. He utilizes that experience to speak on topics related to macroeconomics and investment management at seminars and conferences.
His comments and written articles have been circulated in numerous publications ranging from the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s to the New York Times, USA Today, Financial Times, and Money magazine. He has appeared in various media outlets including CNBC, Bloomberg Television, Fox Business News, and CNN.
He has a BA and MBA from Gannon University and holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation from the Market Technicians Association
