Professional Experience
Rich Steury joined Janney in 2007 drawn to the firm’s history and stability, its focus on clients and its culture of service, accessibility and collaboration. These key elements help him in his role as a Financial Advisor helping clients to protect their family, finances and legacy through the use of financial and retirement planning. Rich is committed to providing the highest quality of service and advice based on trust, respect, and most importantly, integrity. He began his career at A.G. Edwards, followed by a position at McDonald Investments before joining Janney. He holds SIE and Series 7, 9, 10, 63 and 65 securities licenses.
Personal Background
Rich holds a bachelor degree from Ashland University. Outside of the office, he enjoys golf, exercising and attending his kids’ athletic events. He and his wife, Jill, have four children: Alyssa, Mariah, Grayson and Cienna.

Andy serves as Assistant Vice President/Investments, Financial Advisor in Janney’s Mansfield office. Attracted to the Firm’s long-standing tradition of putting clients first, he joined Janney in 2007. His practice is focused working with clients toward developing retirement plans, wealth transference strategies and asset management. Andy holds Series 7, 65, and 66 securities licenses as well as his insurance license. He previously was affiliated with A.G. Edwards & Sons.
Personal Background
A graduate of East Carolina University, Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Away from the office Andy enjoys golf, tennis, hiking, fishing and reading. He and his wife, Amy, have three sons.
