Steve Condos is the founder of The Apollo Group, where he leads a nationally recognized team focused on helping high-net-worth individuals, families, professional athletes, and entertainers navigate the complexities of wealth management.
Throughout his career, Steve has earned recognition for his leadership and commitment to clients. He has received numerous industry distinctions and has contributed articles to Worth magazine on topics related to wealth management and financial planning.
Before joining Janney, Steve served as a Managing Director and Wealth Partner at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. Prior to that, he was a Director with Morgan Stanley's Global Sports & Entertainment division.
Steve earned his degree from Rutgers University School of Environmental and Biological Sciences.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, exploring art and music, and cheering on Arsenal.
Ken plays an essential part of The Apollo Group offering comprehensive wealth planning and advanced wealth strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families, foundations, institutions, and family offices. His commitment to excellence has been recognized in the professional community. He has been featured in OnWallStreet magazine Advisor Spotlight and has authored an article for Worth Magazine.
Prior to joining Janney, Ken was a Managing Director and Wealth Partner at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. Earlier in his career, he served as a Portfolio Manager and Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management before joining a predecessor firm of J.P. Morgan as a Managing Director.
Ken received a B.B.A. in International Business from the Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.
Jared plays an essential part at The Apollo Group, advising high-net-worth individuals and families, foundations, institutions, and family offices. His focus is on delivering portfolio management and business development, as well as constructing comprehensive wealth management strategies.
Prior to joining Janney, Jared was an Executive Director and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. Earlier in his career, he served as Alternative Investments Director, Portfolio Manager, and First Vice President at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management before joining a predecessor firm of J.P. Morgan as a Senior Vice President.
Jared received a B.A. in Business Management and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Lynn University.
Fortune plays an essential role at The Apollo Group, and focuses on comprehensive private wealth management, including investment management and advanced wealth strategies. He supports the sophisticated needs of high-net-worth individuals and families, foundations, institutions, and family offices. By combining disciplined portfolio management with thoughtful planning, Fortune helps clients preserve, grow, and transfer wealth across generations.
Prior to joining Janney, Fortune was a Vice President and Advisor at J.P. Morgan. Previous experience also includes working at a predecessor firm of J.P. Morgan and served as a Portfolio Manager and First Vice President at Morgan Stanley.
Fortune is a graduate of The Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics and later an M.B.A. in Finance.
Fortune resides in Larchmont, NY with his wife, Lauren, and two sons, Fortune IV and Lucas. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, coaching Little League baseball, and golf.
Desmond is an integral member of The Apollo Group, where he works closely with high-net-worth individuals, families, and foundations to develop comprehensive wealth management strategies. He provides guidance on portfolio construction, investment management, financial planning, and long-term wealth preservation.
Prior to joining Janney, Desmond was a Vice President and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. Earlier in his career, he served as a Financial Advisor at a predecessor firm of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management and at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management.
Desmond graduated cum laude from The Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Economics. He also completed a concentration in Value Investing.
Outside of the office, Desmond enjoys spending time with family and friends and maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness and mixed martial arts. He currently serves as President of the Boxing Club at the New York Athletic Club.
Colleen works closely with advisors to support the development of tailored financial strategies aligned with each client’s unique goals. She is committed to providing a responsive, thoughtful client experience and takes pride in ensuring each interaction is handled with care and attention to detail.
Prior to joining Janney, Colleen was a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG, where she worked with large public companies across a variety of industries. In this role, she led audit engagements and developed expertise in financial reporting, risk assessment, and client communication. Her background in accounting and financial analysis provides a strong foundation for supporting clients in navigating complex financial matters. Colleen earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Accounting degrees from The Pennsylvania State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has passed the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) examination. She plans to pursue her Series 7, Series 66, and CFP® certification as she continues to build her career in wealth management.
Originally from the Chicago area, Colleen now lives in New York City. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through golf, learning tennis, and trying different workout classes. She also enjoys traveling, watching competitive reality shows, and exploring New York City’s vibrant restaurant scene.
Marc plays an essential role supporting high-net-worth individuals and families across a range of investment and client service needs.
Working closely with advisors, Marc facilitates portfolio implementation, trade execution and ongoing investment analysis of client accounts. He also oversees the day-to-day operations of client relationships, including new account onboarding, account maintenance and client communications, ensuring operational efficiency and a high-quality client experience.
Marc graduated from Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology. While at Wesleyan, he was a three-time Academic All-American on the NCAA Men’s Ice Hockey team. He spent his summers gaining equity research and private banking experience at Capital Wealth Advisors and J.P. Morgan Private Bank, respectively. After graduating in 2024, Marc joined The Apollo Group at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management before moving to Janney.
Marc lives in New York City. Outside of work, he enjoys playing hockey, exploring the city’s food and music scene and spending time with friends and family.
In her role, Gabrielle partners closely with senior advisors to support the development of tailored financial strategies aligned with each client’s unique goals. She is dedicated to building long-term relationships and delivering a high-quality client experience grounded in trust, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of each client’s evolving needs.
Prior to joining Janney, Gabby was an Associate Banker at J.P. Morgan Chase, where she gained valuable experience in client service and financial solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Science from SUNY Oneonta and has passed the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 7 examinations.
Originally from Long Island, New York, she enjoys staying active—whether at the gym, on the golf course, or spending time with animals and her family.
Max serves as Account Executive and Investment Specialist for The Apollo Group. Prior to joining Janney, Max gained experience at Morgan Stanley across wealth management and investment management roles, where he supported advisors and institutional clients with portfolio strategy, market research, and investment solutions across a range of asset classes. His background includes work in financial planning, asset allocation, and product strategy, as well as collaboration with investment teams and financial advisors on client-focused initiatives.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, graduating with High Distinction (ranking in the top 5% of his class), from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, majoring in Finance and Business Analytics. He holds the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses, and has successfully passed the Level I exam as part of his pursuit of the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation.
Max is active in the Indiana University alumni community and has participated in the Kelley School of Business Wealth Management Workshop. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active through sports, and exploring New York City’s cultural and culinary scene.
In his role as Private Client Associate with The Apollo Group, Michael works closely with the team to help ensure clients receive a high level of personalized service and support throughout their financial journey. He values a proactive, relationship-focused approach centered on communication, transparency, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
Prior to joining Janney, he worked as a Brokerage Operations Analyst at RT Specialty, where he gained valuable experience in client service and operations. He also held a business development role at Marcum LLP. He currently holds the SIE and Series 66 licenses.
Michael holds both a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from Quinnipiac University, where he graduated cum laude and earned multiple Dean’s List honors.
Outside of the office, Michael enjoys fitness, golf, basketball, travel, and spending time with friends and family. Based on Long Island, he values maintaining strong personal relationships and bringing that same sense of connection and trust to his work with clients.
As a Private Client Associate, Ethan supports the team in delivering exceptional client service. Dedicated to creating a seamless client experience, he works closely with team members to address clients' day-to-day needs and takes pride in building a foundation of trust with every client relationship.
Ethan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wesleyan University and has completed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) examination. Prior to joining Janney, he gained valuable experience as a Summer Client Service Associate at AlphaSights, where he developed strong client communication and problem-solving skills.
A lifelong ice hockey player, Ethan enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Shurdonna is a Vice President and Director of Janney’s High Net Worth Consulting Group, where she leads a team focused on delivering a comprehensive wealth management experience for individuals, families, business owners, executives, professional athletes, and other clients with complex financial needs. She partners with Financial Advisors to bring together the firm's specialized resources and expertise, delivering tailored solutions aligned with clients' long-term objectives. By coordinating specialists across investment management, estate and trust planning, tax strategy, asset protection, charitable giving, lending, business owner solutions, executive services, and alternative investments, she helps provide integrated guidance designed to address the evolving needs of high-net-worth clients and their families.
Shurdonna brings more than 18 years of experience in investment management and wealth planning. Prior to her current role, she served as Assistant Vice President and Wealth Strategist, supporting advanced planning initiatives across Janney's Mid-Atlantic region. In that capacity, she partnered with Financial Advisors and their clients on sophisticated planning matters involving estate and wealth transfer planning, asset protection, retirement planning, tax planning, and charitable giving.
Before joining Janney, Shurdonna served as a Financial Advisor with Vanguard Personal Advisor Services®, where she managed investment portfolios and served as the primary advisor to high-net-worth individuals and families, providing comprehensive wealth management guidance across investment strategy, financial planning, and long-term wealth stewardship. Earlier in her career, she was a Financial Advisor Associate within Vanguard Asset Management Services, supporting many of the firm's most complex ultra-high-networth clients through portfolio construction, investment analysis, and comprehensive financial planning. She also participated in Vanguard's Accelerated Leadership Development Program, completing rotations in the firm's International Client Services, Retirement Plan Services, Education Savings Group, and Retail Investor Group.
Shurdonna is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. She earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a B.S. in Finance from Morgan State University’s Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management. Shurdonna is an active leader in her region's nonprofit community, serving on the board of Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens and participating in its finance, DEI, and strategic planning committees. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, an international service organization.
Laura Medigovich is a Vice President and Senior Financial Planner with Janney Montgomery Scott. Ms. Medigovich, who is based out of Purchase, NY, covers the Firm’s Northern region.
To support Janney’s clients in achieving their financial goals through sound planning, she coaches Janney’s Financial Advisors and their clients through all aspects of financial planning. Her areas of planning knowledge and experience include retirement, insurance, education, business-succession, estate and legacy, and philanthropic.
Ms. Medigovich joined Janney in 2019. Prior to joining the Firm, she was a Vice President, Senior Financial Planner for Wilmington Trust/M&T Bank. There, she was responsible for developing customized wealth-management strategies and financial plans for prominent individuals, families, and business owners. Ms. Medigovich also shared her financial planning experience through a weekly personal finance column in the local Hudson Valley newspaper, the Times-Herald Journal, which she wrote for more than a decade.
Ms. Medigovich has achieved a number of professional certifications, including the Certified Financial Plannerᵀᴹ professional designation from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. She also earned the Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter designations from The American College and the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation from the Institute for Certified Bankers.
Other industry-focused programs from which Ms. Medigovich has graduated include the Virginia Bankers Association School of Bank Management at The University of Virginia, and the Cannon Trust School, Cannon Institute, at Pepperdine University.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland.
Ms. Medigovich is a leader in her region’s finance community. Her leadership roles include serving as a member of the Board and the Director of Advocacy for the Greater Hudson Valley Financial Planning Association.
Michael leads the Wealth Strategy team at Janney, focusing on helping Financial Advisors serve the financial planning needs of Janney’s most complex clients.
He was previously with Osaic, where he led a team delivering advanced planning solutions to financial professionals as a Vice President in the High Net Worth Planning Services Group. Prior to Osaic, Michael served as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for Pennsylvania’s 150th District in Montgomery County. Before being elected to public office, Michael held senior leadership positions at Vanguard and was a partner at a Philadelphia-area law firm specializing in estate and business planning. Michael began his career in financial services as a certified public accountant in the tax department at Deloitte & Touche in Philadelphia.
Michael earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame, a J.D. from Widener University School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law. He holds the Series 7, 24, 51, 63, and 65 licenses. Michael currently resides in Royersford, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Amy, and their four children.
Danielle Carini is the Director of Lending Solutions. In this role, she serves as the primary resource for the strategic development, marketing, and growth of Janney’s lending and credit solutions platform. She provides lending advice, guidance, and assistance to Financial Advisors across Janney’s footprint. Danielle joined the firm in January 2024.
Before joining Janney, Danielle was a Wealth Management Banker at UBS for six years, during which she provided credit expertise and advice to affluent clients while partnering with financial advisors. She also worked at Merrill Lynch/Bank of America for 18 years in various roles. She has extensive knowledge of debt and liquidity solutions, including securities-based lending, structured lending, home financing, credit cards, and commercial lending.
Danielle graduated from Hofstra University with a bachelor’s in business management. She enjoys attending Broadway shows and traveling and has two children.
