Dan Honan has been volunteering and serving with The Morrison Center of Maine for 30+ years. The Morrison Center mission to build a bright future for people with disabilities by empowering individuals to achieve maximum personal growth and independence. Dan previously served as President of the Board, and during that time he founded and chaired the organizations largest fundraiser, the Nighttime Shot in the Dark Golf Tournament and Live Auction. He stepped down as President and has continued serving on the Board since 1993, where he continues to chair and auctioneer the Nighttime Golf Tournament. In 2018, as a result of his dedicated service to the Morrison Center, he was awarded a Lifetime Achievement award by the Maine State Golfers Association.
