About Vincent

Vince serves as Senior Vice President / Wealth Management, and Complex Director of the Greenville, Middletown, and Lewes, Delaware branches of Janney Montgomery Scott. With more than 30 years of experience, he strives to help clients achieve financial success. Vince began his financial services career in 1995 with Wheat First Butcher Singer and then spent 13 years with Smith Barney/Morgan Stanley before joining Janney in 2013.

 

Vince received a B.S. in Management with dual concentrations in Marketing and Labor Relations, and a minor in economics, from Widener University, and an M.S. in Finance with a concentration in Investments from Drexel University. Vince was named to OnWallStreet's annual list of Top Branch Managers in 2017 and 2018, as well as Janney's Branch Office Manager of the Year in 2018.

 

Vince volunteers and previously served on the Board of the Delaware Institute for the Arts in Education and is a Past President for the Porsche Club of America in the Delaware Region. He is a motorsports enthusiast and has a special interest in sports car racing.

 

In his spare time, Vince enjoys spending time with his family and following their pursuits. He has been married to his wife Angela for more than 35 years. Together they have a daughter, Francesca, and a son, Michael.

About Stacey

Stacey joined Janney in 2019 and proudly manages the branches’ operations and staff. She works closely with the Complex Director and partners in the Philadelphia headquarters to assure daily business activity meets Janney’s high fiduciary and service standards. She also serves as Chair of the Janney Branch Operations Leadership Council. Stacey has a wealth of leadership and management experience in the financial industry. Her decades of career growth with Bank of New York and Nationwide Financial provided experiential knowledge as well as formal training programs which she finds relevant and helpful today. Prior to joining Janney, Stacey worked as a Financial Advisor at Sun Federal Credit Union and Securian. 


Stacey earned her associates degree from University of Delaware and her Bachelor of Business Administration from Wesley College. Her volunteer activities include serving as Vice President on the Board of Directors of Delaware Institution for the Arts in Education (DiAE). Stacey enjoys being active with cycling, walking and yoga. She cherishes time with family and friends.

About Deborah

Debbie started her career in 1981 as a cashier with Smith Barney. In 1996, she became the operations manager, and in 2010, she rose to become the Branch Administrator before joining Janney in August of 2013. She is now the Complex Operations Assistant, and also works directly with the Complex Manager as his assistant.

 

Debbie lives in New Jersey, where she enjoys fishing, disc golf, hiking, camping and of course spending time with her 3 children and 8 grandchildren.

About Denise

Denise came to Janney in October 2019. She has extensive administrative experience, previously serving as the Deputy Director of Council Affairs and Constituent Services for the City of Dover. Denise works closely with the financial advisors in the Delaware Complex, assisting with financial planning and business development.


Denise is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Wesley College with a degree in history and earned her master’s in history from Washington College. When she’s not working, Denise enjoys spending time with her family, coaching her son’s baseball team, volunteering with her church, and being on the water.

About Thomas

Thomas J. Leary (Tom) serves as Vice President/Investments, Financial Advisor, and Satellite Branch Manager of the Lewes, Delaware branch of Janney Montgomery Scott. Tom has over forty years of experience as a Financial Advisor. Prior to joining Janney, Tom was affiliated with, or managed, several different financial firms including Dean Witter, Merrill Lynch, Edward Jones, and most recently, Morgan Stanley.

 

Tom obtained his bachelor's degree from The American University in Washington DC. He is heavily involved in his community having served as Council President for The City of Dover City Council, and is a member of Downstate Delaware Striders and Riders. Tom is an avid runner, participating in many races including completing three half-marathons, one full marathon, and several shorter distances. Tom enjoys down time with his wife of over 43 years and his children and grandchildren.

About Melanie

Melanie Kelsall joined Janney in 2018 after building a successful career in administration and public service, including roles with both federal and local government. Prior to Janney, she supported the City Council for the City of Dover where she developed a deep appreciation for serving others and helping people navigate important decisions.


Since joining Janney, Melanie has continuously expanded her knowledge and expertise, earning her securities registrations, insurance license, Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC) designation and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA) designation.  In 2025, she transitioned into the role of Financial Advisor, working alongside senior advisors to help individuals and families pursue their financial goals with confidence.


What Melanie has learned throughout her career is that financial advising is not about selling - it is about building relationships, earning trust, and being there for people during some of the most important moments of their lives. She believes every client deserves a trusted advisor who listens first, takes the time to understand their unique goals and concerns, and provides thoughtful guidance tailored to their specific needs.


Melanie is especially passionate about helping women families feel empowered and confident in their financial decisions. She is dedicated to creating meaningful, long-term relationships built on transparency, education, and genuine care.


Outside of the office, Melanie enjoys volunteering, fundraising, and supporting initiatives that strengthen her local community. She resides in Felton, Delaware and is the proud mother of her two young men who inspire her every day to lead with integrity, compassion, and purpose.

About Greg

Greg Drahuschak joined Janney in 1991. He has over 45 years of economic experience and provides daily, weekly, and monthly market commentary, with a particular focus on the equity market, to Janney and our clients.

 

Prior to joining Janney, he worked as a retail broker with—and eventually transitioned into the research departments of—Butcher & Singer and Wheat First Securities. He was also an instructor at Robert Morris College and the University of Pittsburgh.

 

Greg has written articles for several newspapers and websites, and has been the featured financial professional on many live radio broadcasts. 

 

He earned his B.A. in fine arts from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, as well as certificates from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and from the New York Institute of Finance.

About Guy

Guy LeBas is Janney’s Chief Fixed Income Strategist, as well as Head of Fixed Income for Janney Capital Management. As Strategist, he is responsible for providing direction to the Firm’s clients on the macroeconomic, interest rate, and bond market investing climate.

 

Guy authors bond market periodicals, which provide relative value recommendations across the fixed income spectrum. With Janney Capital Management, Guy is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s discretionarily managed bond portfolios, which take a client-tailored approach to generating consistent income across interest rate environments.

 

Guy joined Janney in 2006. Prior to joining Janney, Guy served as Interest Rate Risk Manager for U.S. Trust’s bank asset and liability portfolios, a role in which he oversaw risk and return on $20 billion of bank assets and derivatives.

 

Guy is also a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg TV and Fox Business News, as well as a regular speaker at financial industry conferences. He received his education from Swarthmore College, holds an M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and is a CFA Charterholder.

About Mark

Mark Luschini is the Chief Investment Strategist for Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, leading the Investment Strategy Group. In that capacity Mark is responsible for establishing the Firm’s broad outlook relating to conditions in the capital markets and the economy and to develop investment strategies that align with the best interest, goals, and objectives of individual and institutional clients. He also establishes the Firm’s asset allocation models used for portfolio construction and financial planning.

 

As Chief Investment Strategist, Mark serves as the Janney's investment spokesperson, offering national market commentary and developing asset allocation models and investment strategies. He chairs the investment committee and actively interfaces with both current and prospective clients.

 

Additionally, Mark directs Janney Capital Management, the Firm’s discretionary investment management division. Under his leadership, Janney Capital Management has delivered competitive investment results across multiple strategies. The total assets under management has grown to more than $4 billion, with nearly $3 billion in traditional equity and fixed income assets, and over $1 billion in various strategic and tactical asset allocation strategies utilizing exchange-traded solutions and mutual funds. Mark served on the Board of Managers for Janney, and currently serves as a Trustee for the Firm’s Pension & Profit Sharing Plan. He is a member of the Janney Wealth Management Department’s Mutual Fund and Alternative Investment Committees.

 

In Janney Capital Management, Mark chairs the Investment Committee which sets asset class and sector policy and directly participates in managing the equity, fixed income, and asset allocation strategies under its advisory. Mark has spent more than 30 years in the investment industry. He utilizes that experience to speak on topics related to macroeconomics and investment management at seminars and conferences.

 

His comments and written articles have been circulated in numerous publications ranging from the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s to the New York Times, USA Today, Financial Times, and Money magazine. He has appeared in various media outlets including CNBC, Bloomberg Television, Fox Business News, and CNN.

 

He has a BA and MBA from Gannon University and holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation from the Market Technicians Association

About Robert

Robert Wheeler serves as a Regional Director for Janney’s Insured Solutions Group. In this role, he is responsible for developing annuity and insurance opportunities, providing a consultative approach and external support to the region’s Financial Advisors as they address their client’s financial needs.

 

Professional Experience

Mr. Wheeler has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services and investment industry. Before joining Janney in 2019, he was a Market Leader with BB&T Bank and a Regional Vice President with the John Hancock Life Insurance Company.

 

Education and Personal Background

Mr. Wheeler holds Chartered Life Underwriter® and Chartered Financial Consultant® designations from The American College. He has a B.A. from Syracuse University.

 

In his spare time, Mr. Wheeler is active with the Boy Scouts and Amazing Tails Service Dogs. He lives in New London, PA with his wife, Leslie, and their sons, Collin and Dean.

Shurdonna is a Vice President and Director of Janney’s High Net Worth Consulting Group, where she leads a team focused on delivering a comprehensive wealth management experience for individuals, families, business owners, executives, professional athletes, and other clients with complex financial needs. She partners with Financial Advisors to bring together the firm's specialized resources and expertise, delivering tailored solutions aligned with clients' long-term objectives. By coordinating specialists across investment management, estate and trust planning, tax strategy, asset protection, charitable giving, lending, business owner solutions, executive services, and alternative investments, she helps provide integrated guidance designed to address the evolving needs of high-net-worth clients and their families. 

 

Shurdonna brings more than 18 years of experience in investment management and wealth planning. Prior to her current role, she served as Assistant Vice President and Wealth Strategist, supporting advanced planning initiatives across Janney's Mid-Atlantic region. In that capacity, she partnered with Financial Advisors and their clients on sophisticated planning matters involving estate and wealth transfer planning, asset protection, retirement planning, tax planning, and charitable giving.

 

Before joining Janney, Shurdonna served as a Financial Advisor with Vanguard Personal Advisor Services®, where she managed investment portfolios and served as the primary advisor to high-net-worth individuals and families, providing comprehensive wealth management guidance across investment strategy, financial planning, and long-term wealth stewardship. Earlier in her career, she was a Financial Advisor Associate within Vanguard Asset Management Services, supporting many of the firm's most complex ultra-high-networth clients through portfolio construction, investment analysis, and comprehensive financial planning. She also participated in Vanguard's Accelerated Leadership Development Program, completing rotations in the firm's International Client Services, Retirement Plan Services, Education Savings Group, and Retail Investor Group.

 

Shurdonna is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. She earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a B.S. in Finance from Morgan State University’s Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management. Shurdonna is an active leader in her region's nonprofit community, serving on the board of Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens and participating in its finance, DEI, and strategic planning committees. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, an international service organization.
