Philadelphia, November 3, 2025 - Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, a leading full-service wealth management and investment banking firm, has announced the appointment of Kathy Capuano as Senior Vice President, Head of Advisor Recruiting and Market Growth.
Kathy joins Janney from Koren Rogers Executive Search, where she spent the past 14 years successfully placing top financial advisors and leadership talent across the wealth management industry.
In her new role, Kathy will lead Janney’s market expansion and financial advisor recruiting strategy and oversee a team of professionals dedicated to attracting experienced financial advisors. She will work closely with branch and regional leadership to articulate Janney’s value proposition, expand the firm’s reach in existing markets, and lead new market expansion. Kathy reports directly to Kevin Reed, President of Janney’s Private Client Group.
