Thursday, May 11th, The Atlanta Complex had the honor of supporting the community initiative of Janney's South East Chapter of the Women's Interactive Network (SECWIN). As Spring is in full bloom, SECWIN turned their attention to one of Atlanta’s largest parks, Piedmont Park. It is our responsibility to keep our parks and natural habitats free of waste. Measured in at 189 acres and an approximate 6 million visitors per year, Piedmont Park is no stranger to unnecessary waste in natural environments. The SECWIN team volunteered their time after hours to pick up litter throughout the park to keep our wildlife safe from harm. We used this as an opportunity to spread awareness to park patrons as we cleaned up our community.
WIN's objective is to improve the business and professional environment for all with an emphasis on the advancement, retention, and recruitment of women. SECWIN is composed of talented financial professionals throughout Janney's equity research, capital markets, retail sales, and operations teams.
Janney is happy to participate in the efforts of WIN and will continue to support the network for years to come.
