The Board was created to foster the growth and advancement of women within the financial services industry and to advocate for female advisors at Janney. It is comprised of current female financial advisors and serves as a strategic partner to Janney’s senior leadership, providing oversight, governance, and leadership to further our mission.
The Board’s goals include:

- Advocating for career advancement opportunities
- Building a strong network and community among female advisors
As a member of the board, I am committed to developing platforms that allow female advisors to connect, share ideas, and support one another. We are also committed to raising awareness about the unique challenges women face in our industry and fostering an inclusive environment where female advisors can thrive.
