CWA members Mikayla Lewis, Ryan Zemke, Devin DiFranks, and Heidi Jones (with guest Janney associate, Luke Hoffman) applied their customer service skills behind the concessions counter at the University of Delaware stadium where they volunteered for the DFRC Blue and Gold All★Star Football Game. They enjoyed working together in the fast-paced world of taking and executing orders for all the family, friends, and fellow volunteers!
Established in 1956, the DFRC Blue-Gold All★Star Football Game is the most well-known of their signature events. High School students from across the state of Delaware are invited to participate as football players, cheerleaders, band members, and student ambassadors to represent their schools in this longstanding Delaware tradition. Students participating in the DFRC Blue-Gold All★Star Football Program are also given the opportunity to participate in the Hand-in- Hand Program, where they are matched with children and young adults with intellectual disABILITIES for the four-month period.
