Jeff's business philosophy of providing balanced information and personal attention has served him and his clients well for over 30 years. His wealth management process incorporates diversification and risk management to help families accomplish their investing and personal goals. His extensive background in individual bonds helps him to address the safety and income needs of his clients. Jeff firmly believes a family should have their income needs met before they incur the higher risk of equities. He believes his execution of the wealth management process is what sets him apart.
Because of the platinum level of concierge service he provides clients, Jeff limits new relationships to those in which he can truly add value. The foundation of his practice is the discovery meeting, which helps both Jeff and any potential new client determine if they are a good match. Once established, he conducts a thorough analysis of the client's need and goals. When appropriate, he will work with the client's other trusted advisors or introduce his network of professional advisors, including CPAs, insurance specialists and estate attorneys.
Jeff has attained the designation of Accredited Asset Management Specialist(SM) through the College of Financial Planning. A longstanding member of the Financial Planning Association, he is well known for his appearances on NBC WPTV Channel 5 as a financial advisor and has been quoted in The Palm Beach Post on matters related to the economy and financial markets.
Jeff serves on the Board of Advisors for the local chapter of the Renewal Coalition (formerly Wounded Warriors Second Chance) and serves as an Ambassador to the Honda Classic helping raise awareness for the Children's Healthcare Charity. Jeff also actively served for several years on the Board of Governors for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Palm Beach County and the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for SunFest. A true Florida native, he lives in Palm Beach Gardens with wife Elizabeth and their twin sons, William & James. He enjoys spending time with his young family, working on his golf game and whenever possible, free diving.

As a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, Philip has training in and works actively to stay up to date in all the major aspects of financial planning, including retirement planning, estate planning, tax planning, insurance planning, investments and cash management. He adheres to the CFP Board’s code of ethics for integrity, objectivity, competence, fairness, confidentiality, professionalism and diligence.
Philip was drawn to the study of the economy from a very young age. “I was inspired in part by Leonard Read’s classic ‘I, Pencil,’ which my father shared with me when I was in grade school,” Philip says. “That essay opened my eyes to the wonders of human ingenuity and how free markets coordinate and advance it.”
Prior to joining Janney, Philip served at Raymond James since 1996, encouraged by his father, George, who became an investment advisor after selling his printing and publishing companies. Financial services is soon to become a third-generation family tradition. Johnny Blumel graduated from the University of North Florida with a financial planning degree in 2022 and is currently participating in a 2-year training program at Janney, working out of the Miami branch. “I hope I can be half as good a mentor for Johnny as my father was to me,” says Philip.
As he has throughout his career, Philip remains active in causes he believes in. He serves on the director of the Palm Beach Habilitation Center and president of U.S. Term Limits. In addition, he is a past supervisor of the Palm Beach County Soil and Water District Board of Supervisors, and a past trustee of the Lake Worth Police Pension Board.
Earlier in his career, Philip was a copy editor, writer and page designer at the Palm Beach Post/Daily News. He earned a master’s degree in economics and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Florida.
Philip was born in northern New Jersey, and lived with his family in Chicago and again in New Jersey before moving to South Florida in the mid-1970s. Today, he and his wife, Julie, live in Lake Clarke Shores, Florida. They have two children, Johnny and Georgia. In his free time, Philip enjoys reading, traveling, hiking and kayaking. He also has an eclectic love of music and a collection of vinyl LPs numbering in the thousands.
Jack brings over 50 years industry experience, a broad understanding of the financial markets and a keen ability to identify the opportunities and challenges facing individuals, families and businesses in today’s global and domestic markets. Jack has built a diverse client base helping them manage, maintain and transfer their wealth through leveraging his deep understanding of equities, bonds, insurance, options and alternative investments.
Jack began his career in the financial services industry in 1966 with Francis I. DuPont in Norfolk Virginia and then joined PaineWebber as a Branch Manager and Regional Manager in 1970. After 15 years with PaineWebber, Jack joined First National Bank in 1985 to help establish a bank owned full service securities operation and began working with bank clients as a financial advisor. In 1988, Jack was Founder and CEO of Crown Financial, a fully registered broker dealer specializing in investment opportunities within the savings & loan and bank industries. Under the Crown Financial umbrella, he also was a Registered Investment Advisor that managed 2 hedge funds.
Jack joined Raymond James as the Branch Manager of the West Palm Beach office in 1995 and served in that capacity until 2011 when he chose to focus on his role as a financial advisor. During this time, he was appointed to the Raymond James Executive Committee.
Jack holds many industry licenses and accreditations – General Securities License, Securities Principal and Options Principal, and is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist.
Jack graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Finance. Immediately after graduation, he joined the U.S. Coast Guard and attained the rank of LT JG serving in Florida and Virginia. He now lives in Palm Beach Gardens and enjoys spending time fishing with his 4 sons.
Brian was hired by Raymond James in 2013 after graduating with a B.A. in Finance from the University of Central Florida. He began his career at their home office working in the Research Department for Closed End Funds and Exchange Traded Funds. During this time he was able to learn and improve his analytical skills, service skills and overall knowledge of the markets. He was later accepted to the Raymond James Advisory Mastery Program in 2015 and is excited to bring the knowledge and experience that the program offered to the Crossroads Wealth Planning Group team.
Brian is Series 7 and 66 licensed and is a designated Accredited Asset Management Specialist (SM) through the College of Financial Planning.
Brian enjoys volunteering and regularly works at St. Ann’s Place Food pantry as well as serving on his local JDRF chapters young leadership committee. Being born and raised in South Florida, Brian enjoys deep sea fishing, golf and boating in his spare time. He lives in West Palm Beach with his wife Brittany and their goldendoodle Cooper.
Jennifer was recruited to join Raymond James in the fall of 2007 as part of Jeff Sellers' team, bringing over 20 years of marketing service and advanced operational experience. Her entire career has been centered around providing exceptional support and service.
Her decision to transfer her wealth of experience to the financial services industry has been a blessing to Jeff and his clients. Jennifer’s swift response to service requests and her incredible attention to all details has earned her the valuable trust of our clients and colleagues.

Christina DiGiovanni joined Crossroads Wealth Planning Group in May of 2021. She has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. She began her financial services career at E.F. Hutton, later working for Prudential Bache Securities Inc. where at a very young age obtained her series 7 license and went on to obtain her Series 63 license 8 years later. She left Prudential Securities Inc. (previously, Prudential Bache Securities, Inc.), where she worked for 12 years, to join Janney. She took a break from the industry in 2012 to be a full time Mother to her two young children.
Christina assists with all administrative, operational and client service issues. Her work ethic and positive attitude makes her a significant asset to the Crossroads Wealth Planning Group. She enjoys being a resource for clients and assisting them with their administrative questions and helping to provide answers.
Christina enjoys spending time with her family, reading, bicycling and volunteering.
Sandra delivers a high level of quality administrative and operational service to their clients. Always helpful and highly knowledgeable, her ongoing priority is to build strong and trusting relationships with clients, and to ensure they enjoy an extraordinary client experience.
Sandra also supports the business operations of the team in various aspects.
Her duties also include daily account trading, managing daily cash flow and incoming funds, and assisting clients with account-related questions. “Phil knows WHAT to do and I know HOW to do it,” Sandra says.
Prior to joining Janney, Sandra served at Raymond James since 1988 and holds her Series 7 securities license. She was born in West Palm Beach and now makes her home in Stuart, Florida.

Dan Wantrobski is Director of Research at Janney Montgomery Scott and has over 20 years of industry experience as a technical analyst and strategist.
Mr. Wantrobski spent the first 10 years of his career at Paine Webber and UBS, where he developed his knowledge as a technician and macro strategist following the equity, fixed income, commodity, and currency markets. He has also spent time at Fox Pitt Kelton, Bedford Quantitative, and New Albion Partners. From 2008 to 2016, Mr. Wantrobski served as Janney’s technical strategist.
Mr. Wantrobski regularly comments in the media on key issues arising in the industry, with appearances in outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, The Philadelphia Inquirer, CNBC, Fox Business, and Bloomberg TV. He is also a frequent speaker at financial industry conferences, including the Ernst & Young Annual Firm Conference where he has served as a guest speaker for the last five years.
Mr. Wantrobski is a Chartered Market Technician ® (CMT) and attended Villanova University, graduating cum laude with a B.S. in Finance.
He currently resides in Moorestown, NJ where he volunteers as a firefighter with Relief Engine Co. 312.
Greg Drahuschak joined Janney in 1991. He has over 45 years of economic experience and provides daily, weekly, and monthly market commentary, with a particular focus on the equity market, to Janney and our clients.
Prior to joining Janney, he worked as a retail broker with—and eventually transitioned into the research departments of—Butcher & Singer and Wheat First Securities. He was also an instructor at Robert Morris College and the University of Pittsburgh.
Greg has written articles for several newspapers and websites, and has been the featured financial professional on many live radio broadcasts.
He earned his B.A. in fine arts from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, as well as certificates from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and from the New York Institute of Finance.
Jack Cintorino, based out of the Alexandria, VA branch, provides assistance and support in many aspects of financial planning to Janney’s Financial Advisors and their clients. Prior to joining Janney, Jack was employed at AXA since October 2012 as Director / Lead Manager and Senior Case Design Consultant focusing on Estate and Charitable Planning. He holds a BA degree from State University of New York at Stony Brook, and Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Touro College School of Law.
Jack has been a featured guest on a cable television investment program, has had several articles published within the industry, and has been a guest speaker at numerous industry and public seminars.
Mike Halloran serves as an Equity Strategist in Janney’s Investment Strategy Group. Bringing over 20 years of financial service experience to Janney’s established team of professionals, Mike analyzes all asset classes with particular emphasis on equity research.
Prior to Janney, Mike was Vice President of Market Strategy for BPU Investment Management Group, and was responsible for the development of the firm’s global outlook and implementation of numerous investment strategies. His previous experience includes performing equity research for large cap core and growth mutual funds, and working in PNC’s investment banking organization supporting M&A, high yield, private placement, loan syndication, and derivative security transactions. He is also an adjunct finance professor and former aerospace research engineer.
Mike received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University and his M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
