I recently attended the Barron’s Top Women Advisors Summit, held in Palm Beach, Florida. Below are some highlights of the many interesting discussions and sessions I attended:
• Keynote sessions from Sallie Krawcheck, Chair of Ellevate, Geena Davis, Award-Winning Actress & Founder of the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media, and Dawn Hudson, the National Football League’s Chief Marketing Officer.
• Presentations on alternative investments, millennial investing, and the impact of responsible investing.
• Mary Ann Bartles, CIO of Portfolio Solutions at Merrill Lynch, gave an insightful market and economic update, speaking on themes and trends for 2016.
• Andrea Lisher, Head of U.S. Funds Management at J.P. Morgan, moderated a panel on The Balancing Act: How to Achieve Personal and Professional Balance in Your Life.
All of the sessions were beneficial and relevant to my work or inspirational to me personally.
