Upon graduating with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bucknell University, Frank started his career with Elkins Stroud Suplee & Co. as manager of their Mutual Fund Department. He subsequently joined Janney and began the family partnership with his father, Frank A. Weckenman. Frank continued his professional education, earning his Certified Financial Planning (CFP®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA®) professional designations. When working with clients, Frank takes a comprehensive approach that balances growth and protection to achieve long-term financial security and peace of mind.
Frank is an active member of the Masons in the Valley of Philadelphia and has membership at the Houseman, Jerusalem and Girard Mark Lodges. Frank is also highly engaged with his church.
Frank resides in Richboro, PA with his wife. He has three grown children, including Michael, and is the proud “Pop” to 5 grandchildren.
Robert, better known as Bob, joined his father and brother in the family partnership after graduating from Drexel University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He furthered his education earning his Certified Financial Planning (CFP®) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) professional designations. Bob takes a full-service approach when advising clients, aligning personal goals with financial strategies to achieve lasting financial confidence.
Bob likes to stay active in his local community through volunteering. He previously served on the Holy Redeemer Health System Board of Trustees, Holy Redeemer Physician and Ambulatory Services Board and was Chairman of the Holy Redeemer Ambulatory Surgery Center Board of Managers.
Bob lives in Richboro, PA with his wife. They share a daughter, Catie, and he is the proud “Poppy” to his granddaughter.
Michael began his career with Janney after graduating Temple University, where he earned his finance degree and had four successful years as a starting infielder and Captain for the Temple Owls baseball team. After playing baseball professionally for a year, he became a third-generation member of the family business. Michael continued his professional education earning two designations: Certified Financial Planning (CFP®) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®). Specializing in financial planning, income strategy and portfolio construction, Michael’s holistic approach ensures that no matter what stage of life you are in, you can work toward achieving your financial goals.
Michael stays active in the local business community by serving on the board at Bethanna and on the Investment committee for the Sister's of St. Basil the Great. He is also the assistant coach for his daughter’s softball team and the den leader for his son’s boy scout troop.
He resides in Doylestown, PA with his wife and two children.
Randi began her career with Frank A. Weckenman & Sons and within a year was running the office. She expertly oversees all aspects of our operations, performance reporting and client services. Randi has her Series 7 License, Series 63 License and has successfully completed an RPCA Development Program earning her Business Productivity Specialist designation.
Randi is active in both her community and church. She is a certified personal trainer and certified nutritionist.
Randi resides in Philadelphia, PA and is the loving mother of three daughters.
Catie joined the team in 2025 as a third-generation family member after spending 12 years in corporate communications. She holds a bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University and a master’s degree from Georgetown University. She provides a fresh approach to our work with a focus on the client’s individualized experience.
Catie resides in Ambler, PA with her husband and daughter. Family focused, she is active in her daughter’s school as part of the PTA.
Rebecca joined Janney in 2025 after several years in the customer service sector of the retail banking industry. She received bachelor’s degree in communications from Temple University. Rebecca focuses on providing excellent client service to all clients.
Rebecca is very involved with her local church and her children’s school.
Rebecca resides in Philadelphia, PA and is a loving mother to two beautiful girls.

Guy LeBas is Janney’s Chief Fixed Income Strategist, as well as Head of Fixed Income for Janney Capital Management. As Strategist, he is responsible for providing direction to the Firm’s clients on the macroeconomic, interest rate, and bond market investing climate.
Guy authors bond market periodicals, which provide relative value recommendations across the fixed income spectrum. With Janney Capital Management, Guy is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s discretionarily managed bond portfolios, which take a client-tailored approach to generating consistent income across interest rate environments.
Guy joined Janney in 2006. Prior to joining Janney, Guy served as Interest Rate Risk Manager for U.S. Trust’s bank asset and liability portfolios, a role in which he oversaw risk and return on $20 billion of bank assets and derivatives.
Guy is also a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg TV and Fox Business News, as well as a regular speaker at financial industry conferences. He received his education from Swarthmore College, holds an M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and is a CFA Charterholder.
Mark Luschini is the Chief Investment Strategist for Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, leading the Investment Strategy Group. In that capacity Mark is responsible for establishing the Firm’s broad outlook relating to conditions in the capital markets and the economy and to develop investment strategies that align with the best interest, goals, and objectives of individual and institutional clients. He also establishes the Firm’s asset allocation models used for portfolio construction and financial planning.
As Chief Investment Strategist, Mark serves as the Janney's investment spokesperson, offering national market commentary and developing asset allocation models and investment strategies. He chairs the investment committee and actively interfaces with both current and prospective clients.
Additionally, Mark directs Janney Capital Management, the Firm’s discretionary investment management division. Under his leadership, Janney Capital Management has delivered competitive investment results across multiple strategies. The total assets under management has grown to more than $4 billion, with nearly $3 billion in traditional equity and fixed income assets, and over $1 billion in various strategic and tactical asset allocation strategies utilizing exchange-traded solutions and mutual funds. Mark served on the Board of Managers for Janney, and currently serves as a Trustee for the Firm’s Pension & Profit Sharing Plan. He is a member of the Janney Wealth Management Department’s Mutual Fund and Alternative Investment Committees.
In Janney Capital Management, Mark chairs the Investment Committee which sets asset class and sector policy and directly participates in managing the equity, fixed income, and asset allocation strategies under its advisory. Mark has spent more than 30 years in the investment industry. He utilizes that experience to speak on topics related to macroeconomics and investment management at seminars and conferences.
His comments and written articles have been circulated in numerous publications ranging from the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s to the New York Times, USA Today, Financial Times, and Money magazine. He has appeared in various media outlets including CNBC, Bloomberg Television, Fox Business News, and CNN.
He has a BA and MBA from Gannon University and holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation from the Market Technicians Association
