Meet Haleigh Miller
Haleigh started her position with The McNamara Investment Group in April 2021. She holds a General Securities Representative registration from FINRA, following her completion of the SIE and Series 7 exams. In October 2022, Haleigh earned the title of Registered Private Client Associate after the completion of the Series 66 exam.
Haleigh holds the designation of "Business Productivity Specialist" following her successful completion of Janney's RPCA Development Program in July 2023.
Prior to working with Janney, she served as an ITS Help Desk Analyst with Waynesburg University in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. Haleigh holds a B.S. in Computer Forensics & Security as well as an M.A. in Criminal Investigations, both from Waynesburg University.
Haleigh grew up in north-central Pennsylvania before moving to the Pittsburgh area. She currently lives in Washington with her husband, Daniel, and their two labradoodle puppies, Happy and Pooka.

Meet Cassandra Beres
After attending Robert Morris University, Cassie worked as a business manager in the hospitality industry for many years. With a desire for a career in the financial industry, she joined Starr | Barth Wealth Management in 2019, and is now a Registered Private Client Associate, holding her Series 7 and 66 licenses. Cassie also serves as Chairperson of Janney's chartered PCA Council, aiming to improve the overall client experience in coordination with our home office.
Cassie resides with her son in Saxonburg, PA, where they enjoy spending the majority of their time outdoors.

Meet Debora J. Rall
Account Executive
Debbie began her career at Parker/Hunter after graduating from Bradford Business School in 1980 and became a Registered Private Client Associate in 1991. She worked alongside and was mentored by Frank Hunter, a founding member of the firm. As a Vice President at Parker/Hunter, she worked in various management positions and was a lead member of two conversion teams and the Steering Committee for the Janney merger.
Debbie was also a three-year member of the Janney Operations Council. In 2001, she received an associate degree in business management.
