As you are aware, the number of Covid-19 (coronavirus) cases continues to spread. During this time, our top priorities are the health, and safety of our employees and clients, and that we maintain the support you need during this emotional time.
We are happy to keep our scheduled in-person meeting on the calendar, or we can also conduct a virtual meeting via one of the methods below.
- Traditional phone call. We can easily call you directly and conference in other family members or other parties as needed if individuals are in alternatelocations.
- Webex Video Conference. We’re happy to host a video conference call with you. Live video meetings are generally very easy to do if you have access to a computer or laptop with a built-in camera. We’re happy to provide you instructions on how to do this. Or, we can conduct an audio conference call only.
We wanted you to be aware of ways we can still meet with you even if not in person. If you’d like to explore one of these alternative options for our upcoming meeting, let us know. If you plan to meet with us in-person, please note that Janney is taking the proactive step of informing our offices if we, or anyone in our families or close networks, have traveled to any of the high impact areas as designated CDC or WHO. We ask you to please consider this as well before our meeting and let us know if you, or others, have traveled to these areas recently. If so, we may ask to reschedule or hold the meeting via phone.
