Due to the effects of Covid-19, our office location is temporarily closed. During this time, our top priorities are the health, and safety of our employees and clients, and that we maintain the service you need during this emotional time.
We remain available to you for any recommendations or client service needs. We continue to have access to our operating systems, email and voicemail while working remotely during this time. In addition, other Janney offices, and our headquarters location remain open and available to assist clients.
Until our office reopens, here are some ways we can continue to meet and you can stay updated:
- Traditional phone call. The easiest way is a direct phone call. We can easily call you directly and conference in other family members as well as needed if individuals are in alternate locations.
- Webex Video Conference. We’re happy to host a video conference call with you. Live video meetings are generally very easy to do if you have access to a computer or laptop with a built-in camera. We’re happy to provide you instructions on how to do this. Or, we can conduct an audio conference call only.
- Janney’s secure client portal,Online Access, remains an easy way for you to not only see your account values and financial plan, but provides you 24/7 access to read our latest market commentary and insights, as well as correspond with us directly through secure messaging within the site.
