About Us
For Our Children's Unlimited Success (F.O.C.U.S.) is a Connecticut-based 501(c)(3) charitable organization founded in November 2000. Since its inception, F.O.C.U.S. has been dedicated to improving the lives of children throughout Connecticut by supporting charitable organizations that provide educational, recreational, health, and social services to young people and their families.
Our Mission
To promote, assist, and enhance the well-being of children living in the State of Connecticut through fundraising efforts and support of qualified 501(c)(3) organizations dedicated to improving the lives of Connecticut's youth.
Over the past two decades, F.O.C.U.S. has proudly provided financial support to dozens of organizations serving children and families across the state, helping to create opportunities, provide critical resources, and strengthen communities.
Leadership
F.O.C.U.S. is guided by a dedicated Board of Trustees comprised of community leaders and professionals who share a commitment to improving the lives of Connecticut's children.
Among them is A. David Banks, Treasurer, a founding member of F.O.C.U.S. who has helped shape the organization since its establishment in 2000. As a longtime Board member and Treasurer, Dave has provided steady leadership, financial stewardship, and strategic guidance that have been instrumental to the organization's growth and ongoing success. His dedication to the mission of F.O.C.U.S. reflects the commitment shared by the entire Board to serving Connecticut's children and families.
Our Impact
