In September 2025, Dawn, Megan and Sarah participated in the 2025 Janney Women Advisor Forum in Philadelphia, collaborating with peers in the firm around best practices for delivering exceptional client service. Dawn served on the panel focused on how to attract and retain clients.
Janney FA Council
Dawn was selected to serve on the prestigious Janney FA Council, alongside 16 of her high-performing, well-respected peers. The council plays an important role in representing advisors and ensuring decisions are made that support a relationship-based culture where advisors have a voice and can access top leadership to help them meet client’s needs.
Janney Women Advisory Board
Sarah was selected to serve on the Janney Women Advisory Board, alongside 13 of her peers who demonstrate exceptional service and leadership within the firm. The Board was created to foster the growth and advancement of women within the financial services industry and to advocate for female advisors at Janney.
