Dawn Dupre, Megan Keating and Josh Dupre attended Janney’s 2026 Elite Conference & Teaming Summit in Philadelphia, where they collaborated with peers from across the firm to share best practices and explore innovative ways to enhance client service.

In September 2025, Dawn, Megan and Sarah participated in the 2025 Janney Women Advisor Forum in Philadelphia, collaborating with peers in the firm around best practices for delivering exceptional client service. Dawn served on the panel focused on how to attract and retain clients.

Dawn was selected to serve on the prestigious Janney FA Council, alongside 16 of her high-performing, well-respected peers. The council plays an important role in representing advisors and ensuring decisions are made that support a relationship-based culture where advisors have a voice and can access top leadership to help them meet client’s needs.
