What a great week in Philadelphia for The Dupre Keating Group!
We had the opportunity to spend time with colleagues from across Janney at the IMPACT Conference, followed by the Women Advisors Forum — a wonderful few days of learning, sharing ideas and connecting with so many talented people across the firm. We were also so glad to have our teammate Patricia Kayka-Coogan join us for the IMPACT Conference.
One of the highlights was seeing our own Megan Keating participate in a panel discussion focused on growing your practice through meaningful relationships, creating a memorable client experience, and turning those connections into introductions and referrals.
It was a great reminder that growth in this business is ultimately about people — building trust, delivering an exceptional experience and creating relationships that last.
We came home energized, inspired and grateful to be part of such a strong community of advisors and colleagues at Janney 💕

Through Costumes for Kids, benefiting the Halloween Magic Project in Coatesville, PA, our team came together to collect Halloween costumes and accessories to help make the holiday extra special for children and families in need.
We can't thank everyone enough for your generosity and for helping give children the opportunity to experience the fun, excitement, and magic of Halloween!
And clearly, our Valley Forge team knows how to have a little fun! From tacos and condiments to superheroes and mystery characters, we took a break from our busy day to dress up, share some laughs, and celebrate what we accomplished together! 🎃

What an incredible evening with Chief Philadelphia!
I had the privilege of presenting Financially Fierce: Owning Your Money Story to an amazing group of accomplished women and the conversation was everything we hoped it would be — candid, thoughtful, emotional and real. We talked about the stories we tell ourselves about money, where those stories come from and how greater knowledge and confidence can help us take ownership of what comes next. There was such powerful energy in the room. Women shared openly, asked great questions and reminded us that even the most successful among us can have complicated relationships with money.
I was especially grateful to have my business partners Megan Keating & Jenny Daly there with me. Creating this program together has been incredibly meaningful and having them in the room made the evening even more special.
Thank you to Chief Philadelphia and Maddy McLaughlin for inviting us into your community and creating a space where women can have conversations like these. We are just getting started. 💙

With a strong background in sales and marketing, Delaney brings valuable skills in relationship-building, communication and understanding client needs. Her thoughtful, personalized approach will be a wonderful asset to both our clients and our advisors.
A 2025 Magna Cum Laude graduate of High Point University, Delaney earned her B.S.B.A. in Marketing and Sales while competing as a Division I women's lacrosse student-athlete. She also served as a Volunteer Coordinator with United Way of Delaware, helping raise funds and collecting essential supplies for under-resourced children in need.
Delaney is focused on delivering exceptional client service and she’ll work closely with our Private Client Associate team — Kate, Joe and Trisia — supporting the day-to-day administrative responsibilities of our practice and helping deliver a seamless experience for our clients.
