As a senior partner of The Dupre Keating Group, Dawn has spent her entire 27 year professional career in the financial services industry as both an executive and a financial advisor, serving high net worth individuals, families and businesses. After working in all corners of the industry, Dawn brings a distinct perspective that helps our clients navigate the complex financial landscape. Prior to joining Janney, she served as an Executive Vice President of Citizens Financial Group and President of CCO Investments, its full-service brokerage and investment advisor unit. Dawn most recently served as a Financial Advisor with The Dupre Keating Group at Morgan Stanley since 2013.

Dawn completed the Accredited Domestic Partnership AdvisorSM (ADPA®) program from the College of Financial Planning. She was named to Working Mother and SHOOK Research’s Top Wealth Advisor Moms List in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021 and while serving as President of CCO at Citizens Financial Group, was named one of the Top Six Teams in Banking by American Banker magazine in 2012. Dawn’s achievements have made her a highly requested guest speaker. She has appeared twice at the Pennsylvania Conference for Women, and most recently at the 2020 PA Diversity Council LGBTQ+ Unity Summit. Dawn is a member of Janney’s Diversity and Inclusion Council and serves as a mentor in Janney’s Mentoring Program, committed to leading and developing the next generation of financial advisors.
Dawn graduated from Nicholls State University in Louisiana where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance on a music scholarship, playing the drums in the marching band and orchestra. Outside of the office, Dawn enjoys golf, fishing and spending time in Rehoboth Beach. She is married and lives in Newtown Square, PA with her three children.

She began her career in the financial services industry in 2000 partnering with her father, an industry veteran with over 30 years experience, as one of the few father-daughter teams in the country. Megan worked at Morgan Stanley for the past decade prior to joining Janney. Her experience and perspective is invaluable to our clients as they look to create long-term, multigenerational strategies to help achieve their life goals and secure their legacies. Megan is committed to fostering deep relationships with our clients as she delivers outstanding personalized service in a caring and meaningful way.

Megan is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ (CRPC®) and an Accredited Domestic Partnership Advisor℠ (ADPA®), both designations earned from the College of Financial Planning. She earned her MBA and Bachelor of Science from Drexel University, which she attended on a full basketball scholarship, garnering a GTE Second Team Academic All-American. Megan was an on-camera commentator for college basketball, appearing on ESPN and Comcast from 1998 to 2008.
As a proud alumna, Megan served on the Drexel University Alumni Association’s Board of Governors for two terms from 2006 to 2010. She was the recipient of the Harriet E. Worrell Society Award, honoring an alumna whose professional achievements, contributions to the community and service to her alma mater embody Harriet’s spirit of commitment and integrity.
Megan enjoys playing paddle, pickleball and golf, as well as spending time in Rehoboth Beach. She is married, has three children and lives in Newtown Square, PA.
As a Financial Advisor with the The Dupre Keating Group, Sarah is responsible for managing client relationships, creating and maintaining financial plans, as well as portfolio management and analysis for the team. She marries a high attention to detail with personal touch in helping clients define goals and create investment strategies to address them.
Sarah started in the financial services industry in 2014 after graduating Cornell University with a degree in Chemistry and Economics, first joining Morgan Stanley as a Wealth Advisory Associate and Financial Advisor. She earned her Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) professional designation, awarded to a select group of individuals who undergo extensive coursework and examinations to master many facets of financial planning and wealth management. Sarah is a 2023 Level II candidate in the CFA program, further demonstrating her commitment to detailed analysis and portfolio construction. Additionally, she is among a select group of Janney advisors who have demonstrated knowledge of portfolio management and asset allocation strategies, allowing her the discretion to make investment decision on behalf of her clients through the Janney Compass program. Sarah is a native of Malvern, PA, but currently calls Philadelphia home. She enjoys golf, ice hockey, playing musical instruments and spending time at her home in the Finger Lakes in Upstate NY.
Mary Ann joined Janney in 2020 after serving for over 40 years with Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms. She began her financial services career in 1977 with EF Hutton as a Client Associate, then served as a Registered Client Associate with Shearson Lehman, and became a Financial Advisor and Financial Planning Specialist when the company became Smith Barney. Mary Ann continued to provide financial planning and investment guidance for her trusted clients when Smith Barney was acquired by Morgan Stanley in 2009. Her most recent career move was joining The Dupre Keating Group in 2018 as a Financial Advisor, bringing her vast experience in income generating investments, alternative strategies and financial planning.
Mary Ann graduated from Widener University. She stays active in her community, involved with several charitable organizations including the Silver Lake Animal Shelter in Newtown, PA. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time in Dewey Beach, DE, and is a member of Friends of Dewey. Mary Ann is married and resides in Wilmington.
As a Financial Advisor Associate with The Dupre Keating Group, Joshua performs investment research and analysis for the team, as well as assists with portfolio management and the creation and upkeep of financial plans. He is diligent in maintaining a process for analysis and planning to help keep our clients on track to achieve their financial goals.
Joshua started in the financial services industry in 2017 in Drexel University’s undergraduate co-op program. His co-op experiences included working as an Equity Research Assistant at PNC Capital Advisors, a Private Wealth Management Intern at Goldman Sachs, a Wealth Management Division Intern at Morgan Stanley and finally a Wealth Management Intern at Janney Montgomery Scott. Prior to moving into his current Financial Advisor Associate role, Joshua started with Janney as a Wealth Planning Assistant for The Dupre Keating Group in 2021. He earned the designation of Accredited Wealth Management Advisor® (AWMA) in December 2021, further expanding his knowledge of wealth management strategy and planning to better serve our clients.
Josh lives in Bala Cynwd with his fiancée, Francesca, and their rescue chocolate lab, Coco.
Kate serves as Senior Registered Private Client Associate with The Dupre Keating Group. She plays a crucial role supervising the administrative details for the team, overseeing the day to day operations with accuracy and efficiency. She is passionate about helping clients and being a value-added resource, while providing an exceptional level of personalized service. With more than 35 years of industry experience, Kate has an in-depth knowledge of brokerage operations, allowing her to support both the administrative and sales side of the business.
Kate stays active in her community, volunteering as a wish grantor through the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Nicole, as well as gardening and scuba diving. Kate resides in Warminster, PA, with her two dogs.
As a Senior Registered Private Client Associate of The Dupre Keating Group, Jules has spent her entire 27-year professional career in the financial services industry as a senior leader and management professional supporting operations, compliance and client experience. Prior to joining Janney, Jules served clients at Vanguard Investment Management Company leading multi-function teams and most recently before joining Janney served as an internal business consultant spearheading process management practices. Throughout her career, she has built engaging, energetic and high achieving team environments.
Jules is reliable for both process management and administrative responsibilities to improve the team’s capacity in providing excellent client service. Paramount to Jules’ approach is always maintaining a positive outlook. Jules maintains multiple financial securities licenses including her principal’s license.
Jules is a Philadelphia native, having obtained her undergraduate and master’s degrees from Immaculata and St. Joseph’s Universities. When she’s not in the office, Jules can be found on the water, working out or gardening. Most of all, she relishes spending time with her daughter.

She has impeccable attention to detail and is committed to going above and beyond to service the needs of our clients. Trisia has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years, specializing in client relationship management, operations and wealth planning for high net-worth individuals and family offices.
Prior to joining Janney Montgomery Scott in 2018, she spent time working for Registered Investment Advisors (RIA’s) as the Senior Director of Client Service and Systems Specialist/Senior Relationship Manager. Before joining the RIA’s Trisia was an Assistant Branch Manager at a Local Bank. Trisia studied at West Chester University and lives in West Chester, PA with her husband, Tim, and their five children.

Shurdonna serves as the Director of Janney’s High Net Worth Consulting group. In this role, she collaborates with Financial Advisors to fully assess clients’ needs, identify a range of potential strategies, and coordinate product solutions for those with significant wealth.
Shurdonna has more than 15 years of progressive experience in the investment-management industry. She joined Janney in 2017 as a Senior Financial Planner. Previously, Shurdonna was a Financial Advisor in Vanguard Personal Advisor Services®, where she provided investment guidance and financial-planning services to high-net-worth clients and their families. Shurdonna also served in Vanguard’s Education Savings Group, where she focused on 529 Plans and college-savings strategies. While at Vanguard, Shurdonna had the opportunity to rotate through several of the firm's departments, including Retirement Plan Services, International, and Retail Investor Group, as part of their Accelerated Leadership Development Program.
Shurdonna has earned the Certified Financial PlannerTM designation and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. She received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Temple University Beasley School of Law and has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Morgan State University Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management.
Shurdonna is an active leader in her region's nonprofit community and currently serves as a board member and a member of the finance committee of Philadelphia's Magic Gardens. She’s also a member of the Financial Ministry at her church, as well as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
