As a Financial Advisor, Barry helps his client define and strive to meet their goals by delivering a vast array of resources in the way that is most appropriate for how they invest and what they want to achieve. Working together with his clients and utilizing Janney’s resources and services, Barry helps to preserve and grow wealth with plans that are tailored to suite each individual’s unique situation.
Barry has been implementing financial planning strategies for families and businesses since 1992, most recently serving at Morgan Stanley. Prior to joining the financial services industry, he spent 20 years serving in the United States Air Force and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. Barry was a Command Pilot with Military Awards including the Distinguished Flying Cross. He graduated from Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry.
Barry and his wife, Rebecca, have been married for more than 40 years, and have two grown children and three grandchildren. They currently reside in Cary, NC.
Prior to joining Janney, Jillian served at Morgan Stanley alongside her father, Barry, since 2006. She became securities licensed in 2007. To further expand her financial knowledge, she received her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) designation in June of 2011. She recently obtained her Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® designation to help women obtain fair and equitable divorce settlements. Jillian enjoys working with clients to develop and implement strategies to help them achieve their financial goals.
Jillian graduated with distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a minor in Chemistry. She currently resides in Holly Springs, NC with her three children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, attending church at Apex Baptist, and playing pickleball.

Guy LeBas is Janney’s Chief Fixed Income Strategist, as well as Head of Fixed Income for Janney Capital Management. In his strategist role, he is responsible for providing direction to the firm’s clients on the macroeconomic, interest rate, and bond market investing climate.
Guy authors fixed-income market periodicals, which provide relative-value perspectives and recommendations across the fixed income spectrum. At Janney Capital Management, he oversees the firm's discretionarily managed bond portfolios, taking a client-tailored approach to generating consistent income across varying interest-rate environments.
Prior to joining Janney in 2006, Guy served as Interest Rate Risk Manager for U.S. Trust’s bank asset and liability portfolios. In this role, he oversaw risk and return for $20 billion in bank assets and derivatives.
Guy is also a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg TV, and Fox Business News, and regularly speaks at financial industry conferences. He studied at Swarthmore College, holds an M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and is a CFA® Charterholder.
Mike Halloran serves as an Equity Strategist in Janney’s Investment Strategy Group. Bringing over 20 years of financial service experience to Janney’s established team of professionals, Mike analyzes all asset classes with particular emphasis on equity research.
Prior to Janney, Mike was Vice President of Market Strategy for BPU Investment Management Group, and was responsible for the development of the firm’s global outlook and implementation of numerous investment strategies. His previous experience includes performing equity research for large cap core and growth mutual funds, and working in PNC’s investment banking organization supporting M&A, high yield, private placement, loan syndication, and derivative security transactions. He is also an adjunct finance professor and former aerospace research engineer.
Mike received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University and his M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
