With over 26 years of experience, my mission is to provide a holistic wealth management experience through meticulous financial planning, strategic tax minimization strategies, and personalized investment advice, empowering clients to achieve their financial goals with confidence and security.
A graduate of Lehigh University, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics with a major in Accounting with an additional education background that includes the following:

In 2021, I was honored to have been recognized as Janney’s Financial Advisor of the Year — the Firm’s most prestigious award, presented annually to a single Financial Advisor or Financial Advisor team who demonstrates exceptional leadership, client service, and impact both within the Firm and in the community. Most recently, I was also named Janney’s 2024 Financial Planner of the Year.
I have additionally been named to the Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors list for four consecutive years — 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026. Our Wilson Wealth Advisory Group Team was also named to the Forbes 2026 Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams List. Active in my community, I serve as chair of the finance committee for my local church and am the co-founder of its annual 5k race. I am a board member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeastern PA, am a member of the Advisory Council for Lehigh University's Center for Financial Services within the College of Business, am a founding member of the Scranton Area Foundation Medallion Partner alliance, have taught community education classes throughout the area, and have coached local youth sports teams for a number of years.
In my spare time, I treasure making memories with my wife and three kids. We reside in Covington Twp, PA.
Mark Santaniello is a Financial Advisor with the Wilson Wealth Advisory Group (WWAG) of Janney Montgomery Scott LLC. He is licensed as a General Securities Representative, Registered Investment Advisor Representative as well as a Life & Health Insurance Representative. Prior to joining Janney, Mark served as a medical sales representative for the past 27 years across various clinical areas and was a licensed pharmacist for Fay’s Pharmacy.
In addition to his financial industry licenses, Mark also holds a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science where he also pitched for the baseball team.
Mark has four children including three daughters and a son and enjoys golfing and exercising.
Alex is an Account Executive who works alongside Financial Advisors Ryan Wilson and Mark Santaniello, helping individuals and families build a coordinated financial blueprint that connects planning, investment strategy, and long-term objectives.
In his role, Alex works closely with clients throughout the financial planning process — from developing personalized financial plans to coordinating the implementation and execution of investment strategies. He plays an active role in helping ensure each component of the plan is carried through consistently, while serving as a primary point of contact for many client relationships. He also contributes to the ongoing coordination and oversight of the team’s investment process. Alex is committed to delivering a high level of thoughtful, detail-oriented support that helps clients stay focused on what matters most to them.
With more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Alex brings a disciplined and analytical approach to financial planning and investment strategy. Prior to joining Janney Montgomery Scott, he worked with CNL Securities, where he gained exposure to a broad range of investment solutions and portfolio strategies.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a concentration in Personal Financial Planning from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
Alex holds FINRA Series 7, 6, 63, and 65 licenses, as well as Life & Health Insurance licenses. He also holds the following designations:

- Certification for Long-Term Care (CLTC®)
Outside of the office, Alex values making lasting memories with his wife, Courtney, and their 2 children, spending time with extended family and friends, and cheering on the Michigan Wolverines.
Renee Rinaldi and Ryan Wilson have been working as a team for over 20 years. Renee began her career in finance in 2001. Prior to her financial career, she graduated from Penn State University with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance.
Renee handles client service and meets the needs of clients through daily interaction as well as performing administrative tasks as they arise.
In her free time, Renee enjoys spending time with family and traveling to new destinations. She resides in Scranton with her son.
As a relationship manager, Patti focuses on the client experience and as the marketing director, she plans social and educational events within the community.
Volunteering for her local Church as an original member of their 5K annual event, she helped raise over $300,000 in her 15 years of service.
Patti graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Scranton and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Richmond, VA.
She has 3 children and resides in Moscow, PA with her husband.
Thomas joined the Wilson Wealth Advisory Group of Janney Montgomery Scott, LLC as a Private Client Associate in June, 2026. Thomas works alongside Managing Director Ryan Wilson, and Financial Advisor Mark Santantiello, as well as Account Executive, Alex Pucilowski during clients’ financial planning process and execution of investment plans for clients. Additionally, Thomas is learning all facets of the business working with each team member.
Thomas holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Monmouth University and a minor in Information Technology, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. During his time in college, Thomas served as President of the Pi Iota Chapter of the Order of Omega National Honor Society. In addition, as part of Hawk Capital (award-winning Student-Managed Fund), Thomas conducted detailed stock and bond valuations for a $1.1 million portfolio and strategically allocated funds.
In his spare time, Thomas enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active through exercising. He resides in Spring Brook Twp, PA.

Guy LeBas is Janney’s Chief Fixed Income Strategist, as well as Head of Fixed Income for Janney Capital Management. As Strategist, he is responsible for providing direction to the Firm’s clients on the macroeconomic, interest rate, and bond market investing climate.
Guy authors bond market periodicals, which provide relative value recommendations across the fixed income spectrum. With Janney Capital Management, Guy is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s discretionarily managed bond portfolios, which take a client-tailored approach to generating consistent income across interest rate environments.
Guy joined Janney in 2006. Prior to joining Janney, Guy served as Interest Rate Risk Manager for U.S. Trust’s bank asset and liability portfolios, a role in which he oversaw risk and return on $20 billion of bank assets and derivatives.
Guy is also a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg TV and Fox Business News, as well as a regular speaker at financial industry conferences. He received his education from Swarthmore College, holds an M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and is a CFA Charterholder.
Mark Luschini is the Chief Investment Strategist for Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, leading the Investment Strategy Group. In that capacity Mark is responsible for establishing the Firm’s broad outlook relating to conditions in the capital markets and the economy and to develop investment strategies that align with the best interest, goals, and objectives of individual and institutional clients. He also establishes the Firm’s asset allocation models used for portfolio construction and financial planning.
As Chief Investment Strategist, Mark serves as the Janney's investment spokesperson, offering national market commentary and developing asset allocation models and investment strategies. He chairs the investment committee and actively interfaces with both current and prospective clients.
Additionally, Mark directs Janney Capital Management, the Firm’s discretionary investment management division. Under his leadership, Janney Capital Management has delivered competitive investment results across multiple strategies. The total assets under management has grown to more than $4 billion, with nearly $3 billion in traditional equity and fixed income assets, and over $1 billion in various strategic and tactical asset allocation strategies utilizing exchange-traded solutions and mutual funds. Mark served on the Board of Managers for Janney, and currently serves as a Trustee for the Firm’s Pension & Profit Sharing Plan. He is a member of the Janney Wealth Management Department’s Mutual Fund and Alternative Investment Committees.
In Janney Capital Management, Mark chairs the Investment Committee which sets asset class and sector policy and directly participates in managing the equity, fixed income, and asset allocation strategies under its advisory. Mark has spent more than 30 years in the investment industry. He utilizes that experience to speak on topics related to macroeconomics and investment management at seminars and conferences.
His comments and written articles have been circulated in numerous publications ranging from the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s to the New York Times, USA Today, Financial Times, and Money magazine. He has appeared in various media outlets including CNBC, Bloomberg Television, Fox Business News, and CNN.
He has a BA and MBA from Gannon University and holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation from the Market Technicians Association
Shurdonna is a Vice President and Director of Janney’s High Net Worth Consulting Group, where she leads a team focused on delivering a comprehensive wealth management experience for individuals, families, business owners, executives, professional athletes, and other clients with complex financial needs. She partners with Financial Advisors to bring together the firm's specialized resources and expertise, delivering tailored solutions aligned with clients' long-term objectives. By coordinating specialists across investment management, estate and trust planning, tax strategy, asset protection, charitable giving, lending, business owner solutions, executive services, and alternative investments, she helps provide integrated guidance designed to address the evolving needs of high-net-worth clients and their families.
Shurdonna brings more than 18 years of experience in investment management and wealth planning. Prior to her current role, she served as Assistant Vice President and Wealth Strategist, supporting advanced planning initiatives across Janney's Mid-Atlantic region. In that capacity, she partnered with Financial Advisors and their clients on sophisticated planning matters involving estate and wealth transfer planning, asset protection, retirement planning, tax planning, and charitable giving.
Before joining Janney, Shurdonna served as a Financial Advisor with Vanguard Personal Advisor Services®, where she managed investment portfolios and served as the primary advisor to high-net-worth individuals and families, providing comprehensive wealth management guidance across investment strategy, financial planning, and long-term wealth stewardship. Earlier in her career, she was a Financial Advisor Associate within Vanguard Asset Management Services, supporting many of the firm's most complex ultra-high-networth clients through portfolio construction, investment analysis, and comprehensive financial planning. She also participated in Vanguard's Accelerated Leadership Development Program, completing rotations in the firm's International Client Services, Retirement Plan Services, Education Savings Group, and Retail Investor Group.
Shurdonna is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. She earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a B.S. in Finance from Morgan State University’s Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management. Shurdonna is an active leader in her region's nonprofit community, serving on the board of Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens and participating in its finance, DEI, and strategic planning committees. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, an international service organization.
