Rick Ballou serves as a Senior Vice President / Complex Manager in the Atlanta market for Janney Wealth Management. In addition, Rick has been serving on Janney’s Managers Advisory Council.
Prior to joining Janney, Rick had formed his own LLC, consulting with asset managers on distribution opportunities and participating in private equity opportunities. Previously, Rick worked with Boston-based global asset manager Columbia Threadneedle Investments (CTI) for 19 years in leadership positions. Over this time range, he was the Southeast Divisional Manager for over 13 years. Before being promoted, he was an established sales leader covering several states in the southeast. In-between two stints with CTI, he served as one of the youngest partners and complex managers for Nashville based JC Bradford & Co., which later merged with UBS where he was named a Corporate Vice President and continued in his leadership role until returning to CTI.
Rick is a graduate of Boston University and earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation from the Wharton School of Business and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation from the University of Pittsburgh. He holds FINRA Series 23, 10, 9, 7, 65 and 63 registrations along with maintaining his Georgia Life and Health Insurance license. Early in his career, he experienced roles in state and national politics along with being active in non-profit organizations and the community.
Rick and his family reside in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood.
Anthony started his financial services career at E*TRADE in 2018. He later moved to FIG Partners and joined Janney through the 2019 acquisition. Prior to becoming the Complex Operations Manager, he served Janney as a Retail Salesperson. Anthony graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. He holds a Series 7, 9,10, 63, 65 along with his Georgia Life and Health Insurance license.

A native Atlantan and a current Sandy Springs resident, Jeff has spent his entire career in the financial services industry. In addition to his work as a Financial Planner, Jeff spent almost a decade as a strategic planner, working directly with C-Suite executives at Unum Corporation and the Bank of America.
Jeff is a Certified Financial Planner. After completing his CFP certification at Oglethorpe University in Brookhaven, Jeff was asked to join the CFP faculty. He taught Investment Planning and Business Case Analysis classes in the CFP certification program. Jeff was also asked to join the faculty as an Adjunct Professor; he taught a senior level Investments class for several years.
He is currently teaching a financial literacy course, volunteering with the Community Assistance Center in Sandy Springs, GA.
He also served as an Arbitration Panelist for the New York Stock Exchange. Given his background, Jeff is a strong proponent for education as he works with clients through the financial planning process.
Outside the office, Jeff is an active traveler. He is a big sports fan, playing golf and ALTA tennis. He is an Atlanta United season ticket holder. He has 4 stadiums left in his quest to visit every Major League Baseball Park, including 2 Yankee Stadiums and 3 Atlanta ballparks. His biggest sports accomplishment was attending the 1974 game where Hank Aaron hit his 715th home run, breaking Babe Ruth’s record.
The important work of helping clients navigate their financial lives is what drives Joshua. He believes in building a personal connection with each client, providing tailored strategies and financial guidance that strives to maximize confidence in pursuit of their goals. Joshua serves people from all walks of life, though as the son of a small business owner, he specializes in helping entrepreneurs who are considering a transition. “I have seen firsthand the hard work and dedication required to build a successful business. I have experienced what a business means to a family, it is a part of their identity. As a result, I’m passionate about working with business owners and their families to create a successful transition,” he says.
As an Accredited Asset Management Specialist® and Certified Exit Planning Advisor®, he has developed a core set of specialized skills in financial and retirement planning, asset allocation, and investment advice. He takes the time to ask hard but intentional questions, listen carefully, and understand in great detail exactly where your wealth stands today, and where you’d like it to be tomorrow. Joshua makes both staying up to date with current market trends and what is happening in the lives of clients a priority. His approach includes thoughtful goal setting as well as strategic planning, and he lives by a client-first philosophy.
Joshua joined Janney in 2024, drawn by the robust resources it offers advisors and their clients. Prior to Janney, Joshua was a Raymond James advisor, and a client communications intern for Henssler Financial. He is a graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, where he was a member of the football team and a finance and marketing major.
Giving back to the community is a priority for Joshua. He is a volunteer at Passion City Church and leads a small group of high school boys at Woodstock City Church. Joshua is involved with the Cobb Chamber of Commerce as an ambassador and member of the young professionals’ Steering Committee as well as serving as a board member for The Extension. He also serves as a community football coach at The Lovett School.
Originally from Woodstock, Georgia, he now resides in Smyrna. In his free time, Josh enjoys golfing, boating and traveling.
Wesley draws upon his institutional fixed income background as the cornerstone for creating and customizing individual client strategies. He works closely with retail clients to assess their needs, time horizon, and risk tolerance to develop an individualized plan. His process includes developing an in-depth client profile, measuring risk tolerance, and designing a tactical approach to help clients meet their objectives. He has helped portfolio managers running $100 million to $25 billion manage their credit and interest rate exposure for over 20 years. His industry experience and athletic background guide him as he develops his disciplined process, which helps him navigate market fluctuations.
Wesley was recruited to play football at Notre Dame, where he earned his B.A. in Economics. He was an All-American and the leading tackler on the 1988 National Championship team. Wes was also a sixth round NFL draft choice for the Miami Dolphins and subsequently played for the Buffalo Bills and the Atlanta Falcons. He credits his values of teamwork and discipline learned through sports, coupled with his solid economic grounding, as vital components to the success he enjoys with his clients. Wes is actively involved in the Holtz Heroes Foundation, serving as a Board member since 2018. Holtz Heroes is dedicated to preserving and extending the legacy of Love, Trust, and Commitment exemplified by Coach Lou Holtz, his players, coaches and staff. Wes enjoys watching his three sons play sports, playing golf at Atlanta Country Club, skiing and watching college football.

Avery has over 25 years of experience providing comprehensive investment and financial planning advice. He typically utilizes the financial planning process to fully understand and address the unique needs, goals, and risk tolerance of each client. Based on an in-depth, ongoing knowledge of his client’s specific needs, he and his team create a customized, dynamic investment strategy that they manage. Avery believes that client engagement is vital and as such makes it a priority to meet with each client on a quarterly basis. Avery has always focused on building a long term, trusting relationship with his clients, and pledges to do what is 100% in their best interests.
Avery attended The University of the South, and has served on several boards, including president of Buckhead Baseball and Genesis Mentors, a non-profit micro-financing provider. Avery is the proud parent of three children and an Atlanta resident.

Prior to joining Janney in 2019, Mr. Godby was a Principal and Partner at FIG Partners LLC, a premier investment banking and research firm specializing in community banks.
Mr. Godby has more than 22 years of financial services experience, with deep expertise in mutual-to-stock conversions. He focuses on buy-side institutional clients, banks, thrifts and high net-worth investors. Before joining FIG Partnes, he was Vice President at Capital Resources, Inc., where managed more than 24 mutual thrift conversions and participated in 25 additional conversions. Earlier in his career, Mr. Godby served as Vice President of Investments at Legg Mason and worked for ASG Securities.
Mr. Godby received a B.S. degree in Applied Math from the University of Pittsburgh.
Prior to joining Janney in 2019, Mr. Chase was Senior Vice President, Institutional Sales at FIG Partners LLC, a premier investment banking and research firm specializing in community banks.
Mr. Chase has more than 25 years of retail and institutional equity sales experience. He specializes in working with bank directors and insiders, as well as private wealth management clients. Before joining FIG Partners. Mr. Chase worked in institutional equity sales at Neovest Trading (formerly The Volume Investor). Prior to that, he served as financial advisor at PaineWebber, where he worked with private clients.
Mr. Chase earned a B.S. degree in Financial Management from Clemson University.

Debra S. Roey joined Janney Montgomery Scott LLC in November 2006, as Janney Retirement Plan Services (JRPS) Manager. JRPS was founded in 1982 to provide Janney’s Corporate Retirement Plan Clients with support in plan design analysis, proposal procurement and review, investment fiduciary services, technical expertise, and problem resolution.
Debra has over 30 years of experience in the Retirement Plan arena. Prior to joining Janney, she served as Regional Director with Union Central Life Retirement and Investment Services. During her tenure, she received numerous sales awards including qualification for the company’s highest society membership. She also served on several corporate committees involved with Strategic Planning and Product Development.
Debra earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
Greg Drahuschak joined Janney in 1991. He has over 45 years of economic experience and provides daily, weekly, and monthly market commentary, with a particular focus on the equity market, to Janney and our clients.
Prior to joining Janney, he worked as a retail broker with—and eventually transitioned into the research departments of—Butcher & Singer and Wheat First Securities. He was also an instructor at Robert Morris College and the University of Pittsburgh.
Greg has written articles for several newspapers and websites, and has been the featured financial professional on many live radio broadcasts.
He earned his B.A. in fine arts from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, as well as certificates from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and from the New York Institute of Finance.
Guy LeBas is Janney’s Chief Fixed Income Strategist, as well as Head of Fixed Income for Janney Capital Management. As Strategist, he is responsible for providing direction to the Firm’s clients on the macroeconomic, interest rate, and bond market investing climate.
Guy authors bond market periodicals, which provide relative value recommendations across the fixed income spectrum. With Janney Capital Management, Guy is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s discretionarily managed bond portfolios, which take a client-tailored approach to generating consistent income across interest rate environments.
Guy joined Janney in 2006. Prior to joining Janney, Guy served as Interest Rate Risk Manager for U.S. Trust’s bank asset and liability portfolios, a role in which he oversaw risk and return on $20 billion of bank assets and derivatives.
Guy is also a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg TV and Fox Business News, as well as a regular speaker at financial industry conferences. He received his education from Swarthmore College, holds an M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and is a CFA Charterholder.
Jack Cintorino, based out of the Alexandria, VA branch, provides assistance and support in many aspects of financial planning to Janney’s Financial Advisors and their clients. Prior to joining Janney, Jack was employed at AXA since October 2012 as Director / Lead Manager and Senior Case Design Consultant focusing on Estate and Charitable Planning. He holds a BA degree from State University of New York at Stony Brook, and Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Touro College School of Law.
Jack has been a featured guest on a cable television investment program, has had several articles published within the industry, and has been a guest speaker at numerous industry and public seminars.
Kim Beil serves as Director of the Managed and Insured Solutions Group in Janney Montgomery Scott’s Wealth Management department. In this role, Ms. Beil oversees the daily activities of the Managed and Insured Solutions Group and is responsible for promoting both advisory and insured solutions for the firm.
Ms. Beil is an active member of the Firm, the industry, and is involved in several community organizations. At Janney, she is a member of the Firm’s Women’s Interactive Network (WIN). She is also a founding member for Girls on the Run Philadelphia, a non-profit program that encourages preteen girls to develop self-respect and healthy lifestyles through running. Currently, she volunteers with the Neucrue Cancer Foundation.
A graduate of Drexel University, Mrs. Beil holds a B.S. in business administration, and has over 15 years of financial services industry experience at Janney. She is an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor℠ (AWMA®), holds an insurance license, and is a LEADERSHIP Philadelphia Fellow.
In her spare time, Ms. Beil enjoys running and challenging herself in half marathons.
Mark Luschini is the Chief Investment Strategist for Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, leading the Investment Strategy Group. In that capacity Mark is responsible for establishing the Firm’s broad outlook relating to conditions in the capital markets and the economy and to develop investment strategies that align with the best interest, goals, and objectives of individual and institutional clients. He also establishes the Firm’s asset allocation models used for portfolio construction and financial planning.
As Chief Investment Strategist, Mark serves as the Janney's investment spokesperson, offering national market commentary and developing asset allocation models and investment strategies. He chairs the investment committee and actively interfaces with both current and prospective clients.
Additionally, Mark directs Janney Capital Management, the Firm’s discretionary investment management division. Under his leadership, Janney Capital Management has delivered competitive investment results across multiple strategies. The total assets under management has grown to more than $4 billion, with nearly $3 billion in traditional equity and fixed income assets, and over $1 billion in various strategic and tactical asset allocation strategies utilizing exchange-traded solutions and mutual funds. Mark served on the Board of Managers for Janney, and currently serves as a Trustee for the Firm’s Pension & Profit Sharing Plan. He is a member of the Janney Wealth Management Department’s Mutual Fund and Alternative Investment Committees.
In Janney Capital Management, Mark chairs the Investment Committee which sets asset class and sector policy and directly participates in managing the equity, fixed income, and asset allocation strategies under its advisory. Mark has spent more than 30 years in the investment industry. He utilizes that experience to speak on topics related to macroeconomics and investment management at seminars and conferences.
His comments and written articles have been circulated in numerous publications ranging from the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s to the New York Times, USA Today, Financial Times, and Money magazine. He has appeared in various media outlets including CNBC, Bloomberg Television, Fox Business News, and CNN.
He has a BA and MBA from Gannon University and holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation from the Market Technicians Association
