Havre De Grace Decoy Museum
Located on the banks of the historic Susquehanna Flats, the Havre de Grace Decoy Museum houses one of the finest collections of working and decorative Chesapeake Bay decoys ever assembled. The museum was established in 1986 as a private, non-profit institution existing to preserve the historical and cultural legacy of waterfowling and decoy making on the Chesapeake Bay. Todd currently serves on the Board of Directors for the museum.
Office Community Outreach
As you know, Janney strives to provide the highest quality of financial service and advice to our clients. You also know, our business extends far beyond customizing investment strategies – it’s about building relationships. Just as important as our relationship with you are our ties to our local community. Over the past three years, the Bel Air office of Janney has been making outstanding efforts in supporting our local community. The purpose of this partnership is to support organizations that work to meet specific needs within our local community. They help the homeless and feed those who are without food. During the month of December each year, we’re asking you to partner with us in providing various items for these organizations. Below you will find information about the two organizations we’re supporting, along with a wish list for each. Please join us by donating any item from the wish list. They can be dropped off in the lobby at our office between December 1 and 31st, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. ANNA’S HOUSEMONETARY DONATIONS: Checks payable to Anna’s HouseWISH LIST: cleaning products, paper products, gift cards to local food stores or Target, Walmart, Wawa (gas) MD FOOD BANKMONETARY DONATIONS Checks payable to Maryland Food BankWISH LIST: non-perishable food items
For the entire month of October, we collect NEW socks for the homeless as part of our Women's Interactive Network. A collection box is placed in our front lobby for donations. We also asked for donations as part of our Branch Shredding Day. In 2019 we collected over 200 pairs and donated these to the Harford Community Action Agency.
