On September 18, 2024, Jeff Bradanini received the Laura Strong Tribute Award from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's CT Chapter at their annual Connecticut's Finest event. The evening is a gathering of honorees who show exemplary leadership, are active in their communities, and have excelled in their profession or business. These leaders are not only making a positive local impact, they are also committed to supporting the Foundation’s mission. Those who participate are given the opportunity to display their community involvement and highlight their professional achievements, while raising funds to help provide all people with cystic fibrosis the opportunity to lead full, productive lives. Collectively this year, the Honorees raised more than $120,000 for the Foundation!
The Laura Strong Award is given annually to a volunteer who exemplifies the Foundation's beloved friend and CF Hero, Laura Truncali Corbett's strength, integrity, personal growth, and drive to cure CF. Laura tragically lost her battle with CF in February 2019, at the age of only 32 years old.
Jeff has volunteered for the Foundation since 2014, where he currently resides on the Board of Directors and the Volunteer Leadership Committee.
