Doran Young serves as Senior Vice President / Branch Manager at Janney. With over 30 years of experience in the investment field, he brings a quality leadership role in supporting the financial professionals and expanding Janney's presence in the western Pennsylvania market. Doran previously served as Vice President/Complex Manager for Janney’s Columbus, Mansfield, and Cincinnati Ohio offices.
He holds FINRA Series, 5, 7, 8, 15, 55, 63 and 65 securities licenses, as well as the Accredited Asset Management Specialist℠ and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ certifications. He also attended the Leadership Institute for Branch Managers from The Wharton School. Doran is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
Matthew joined Janney after serving as the Director of Recruiting and Business Development in the Ohio Valley region for Ameriprise covering the independent, Branch, and bank channels. In his time, Matt recruited more than 100 experienced financial advisors to Ameriprise and won multiple awards based on his success.
Matthew started his career as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley before joining Nationwide Financial as a wholesaler, working his way up from the internal desk to leading the firm in revenue in his last year.
Matthew’s passion for the business is in helping Financial Advisors understand and navigate the complexities of running successful, growing practices that both leads to better long-term growth potential, as well as partnering to help Financial Advisors reach their organic and inorganic growth goals.
Kevin Adams- Complex Supervisory Manager
Kevin Adams serves as the Complex Supervisory Manager. Kevin joined Janney in 2017 and has served on its Operations Leadership Council for the past three years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Finance. Kevin has over 35 years of experience in the Financial Service Industry and held positions ranging from Margin Clerk to Director- Control Officer.
Kevin passed the Series 63,66,7,8 and Life Accident & Health Insurance licenses.
Matthew Keves - Assistant Complex Manager
Matthew joined Janney after serving as the Director of Recruiting and Business Development in the Ohio Valley region for Ameriprise covering the independent, Branch, and bank channels. Matthew lives in Upper Arlington, OH with his wife, Laura, and his two children, Connor and Abigail. They also have two dogs, including a new puppy that they’re fruitlessly trying to train.
Away from the office, you can find Matthew spending time with his family, preferably on the golf course trying to get them to fall in love with the game as much as he has. As a former Ohio State golfer, nothing would make him happier than to see his children follow in his footsteps and surpass his modest success.
Jessica Meek- Complex Operations Manager
Jessica Meek serves as the Complex Operations Manager. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in information Systems from Geneva College. She currently resides in Salineville Ohio with her husband and two daughters.
Jessica joined Janney in 2013 as part of the Beaver, PA branch. She most recently served as their Assistant Branch Manager for two years, before taking on her current role within the complex. Her background in management and wide range of technological sills prove to be a valuable asset.
Jessica has successfully passed the Series 7, 66, 9, 10 and Life Accident & Health Insurance exams. She was part of Janney's Operations Leadership Council from 2018-2019 and also served as the Branch Technology Leader for the Beaver branch for several years.
Rosa Rudolph- Complex Operations Assistant
Rosa serves as the complex operations assistant for the Pittsburgh complex. She joined Parker hunter in 2001 which later became Janney. She has been with the company for 24 years. Rosa graduated from Penn State, Behrend with a degree in Business Liberal Arts and Science. Rosa and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
Kathy Manetta - Private Client Associate /Operations Assistant
Kathy's career began at Moore, Leonard and Lynch, a small regional firm, in 1975. She later moved on to work at EF Hulton before taking a step away from the industry. She can back to Financial Services when she joined Parker Hunter in 1997, which later became Janney. Outside of the office. she enjoys spending time with her two grown children.

Guy LeBas is Janney’s Chief Fixed Income Strategist, as well as Head of Fixed Income for Janney Capital Management. As Strategist, he is responsible for providing direction to the Firm’s clients on the macroeconomic, interest rate, and bond market investing climate.
Guy authors bond market periodicals, which provide relative value recommendations across the fixed income spectrum. With Janney Capital Management, Guy is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s discretionarily managed bond portfolios, which take a client-tailored approach to generating consistent income across interest rate environments.
Guy joined Janney in 2006. Prior to joining Janney, Guy served as Interest Rate Risk Manager for U.S. Trust’s bank asset and liability portfolios, a role in which he oversaw risk and return on $20 billion of bank assets and derivatives.
Guy is also a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg TV and Fox Business News, as well as a regular speaker at financial industry conferences. He received his education from Swarthmore College, holds an M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and is a CFA Charterholder.
Kathleen is a Vice President and Senior Financial Planner in Janney’s Wealth Planning Department. She supports Janney’s Western regional offices and is based out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Kathleen provides comprehensive solutions designed to effectively address complex issues to help high net worth clients, business owners, corporate executives, and others meet their goals and objectives. She assists Janney’s Financial Advisors by providing subject matter expertise to analyze a wide variety of issues including estate, trust, and wealth transfer planning, asset protection, retirement, income tax, and charitable planning strategies.
Professional Experience
Kathleen has extensive experience in estate, fiduciary, and individual income tax planning for high net worth clients. Prior to joining Janney, she spent over 20 years serving as a senior wealth planning strategist at large national wealth management institutions including The Bank of New York Mellon and PNC Private Bank. Kathleen began her financial counselling career with The Ayco Company LP (now part of Goldman Sachs). She received her Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation and served as fiduciary research specialist for Fi360 where she developed fiduciary educational programs for AIF® designees, CFPs, and other financial advisors.
Personal Background
Kathleen received her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University’s School of Law and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration also from Duquesne University. She is certified as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®). Kathleen has been a frequent speaker at seminars on various financial and estate planning topics. She published several articles for Kiplinger’s Wealth Creation column and has been quoted in Barron’s, Think Advisor, and other industry publications. Kathleen is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Pittsburgh and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
Mark Luschini is the Chief Investment Strategist for Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, leading the Investment Strategy Group. In that capacity Mark is responsible for establishing the Firm’s broad outlook relating to conditions in the capital markets and the economy and to develop investment strategies that align with the best interest, goals, and objectives of individual and institutional clients. He also establishes the Firm’s asset allocation models used for portfolio construction and financial planning.
As Chief Investment Strategist, Mark serves as the Janney's investment spokesperson, offering national market commentary and developing asset allocation models and investment strategies. He chairs the investment committee and actively interfaces with both current and prospective clients.
Additionally, Mark directs Janney Capital Management, the Firm’s discretionary investment management division. Under his leadership, Janney Capital Management has delivered competitive investment results across multiple strategies. The total assets under management has grown to more than $4 billion, with nearly $3 billion in traditional equity and fixed income assets, and over $1 billion in various strategic and tactical asset allocation strategies utilizing exchange-traded solutions and mutual funds. Mark served on the Board of Managers for Janney, and currently serves as a Trustee for the Firm’s Pension & Profit Sharing Plan. He is a member of the Janney Wealth Management Department’s Mutual Fund and Alternative Investment Committees.
In Janney Capital Management, Mark chairs the Investment Committee which sets asset class and sector policy and directly participates in managing the equity, fixed income, and asset allocation strategies under its advisory. Mark has spent more than 30 years in the investment industry. He utilizes that experience to speak on topics related to macroeconomics and investment management at seminars and conferences.
His comments and written articles have been circulated in numerous publications ranging from the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s to the New York Times, USA Today, Financial Times, and Money magazine. He has appeared in various media outlets including CNBC, Bloomberg Television, Fox Business News, and CNN.
He has a BA and MBA from Gannon University and holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation from the Market Technicians Association
