Mobile checks
In light of the health circumstances, clients have appreciated learning that checks can be deposited to your Janney account from home. Depositing a check to your Janney account has never been simpler--and you can do it from the comfort of home whenever you’d like with the Mobile Check Deposit feature of Janney’s secure Online Access.
Simply follow these steps:
Select an account for depositing the check
- Choose deposit type if your deposit is a contribution
- Enter the amount of the check
- Take a photo of the front and back using your mobile device
- Select deposit to process
Deposits will be available the next day (if deposited before 5 PM ET), or the second business day (if deposited after 5 PM ET).
