Inspired by Rory Vaden’s book of the same name, Alyssum M. Keefer knows to “take the stairs” to achieve success, as there is no escalator or elevator to the top.
“I’ve learned from personal experience that hard work, perseverance, and patience can pay huge dividends, and to never look for shortcuts,” she says.
Keefer started her career at the firm as an administrative assistant and client services representative, working her way up to operations manager and then branch manager.
“Not only am I one of only five female Janney managers but also the youngest manager within the organization,” she says. “I’m very grateful to be acknowledged for my efforts, hard work, and determination from Janney’s open-minded senior leadership executive team.”
