A former Janney "Financial Advisor of the Year", his unique business background and broad financial experience have benefited an extensive list of individual and institutional clients in that time. Before joining Janney Montgomery Scott, he had previously served in similar positions with Legg Mason and Smith Barney. Prior to founding his wealth advisory practice in 2001, he was a senior executive at Glatfelter (NYSE:GLT), a global supplier of specialized papers headquartered in York, PA, where he served in numerous positions including Divisional Controller and Director of one of the company’s largest business units.
Kevin’s vast experience includes planning for education and retirement, philanthropic and estate planning, and the development of solutions and strategies for the complex needs of corporate executives, business owners, and affluent individuals and their families. He has become a recognized figure in retirement income planning with in-depth knowledge of Social Security benefits, retirement income taxation, optimal distribution planning, and broad knowledge of numerous retirement systems such as TIAA-CREF, PSERS, MSRPS, FERS, and CSRS. A lifelong resident of York County, PA, Kevin has formerly served as a council member of the Borough of Stewartstown and as Vice President of the York County SPCA board. He is actively involved with the Stewartstown Lions Club, FamilyFirst Health, Leave a Legacy York County, South Eastern Community Education Foundation, Dollars for Scholars, St. Joseph Church, Women's Care Center of York, Gettysburg College, and numerous other civic organizations in various volunteer and leadership capacities.

Joshua David Hogan is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Liberty University with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Financial Planning. At Liberty, he was a member of the investment club and invited to join the Delta Mu Delta business honors society which recognizes the business program’s top students. Josh has obtained his Pennsylvania insurance, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses. Additionally, he's earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner designation, which is the highest credential in the financial planning profession.
Born and raised in York, PA, Josh attends Redemption International Ministries York, and is a member of Christian Business Men's Connection (CBMC) York. At Redemption, he is involved in Young Adults, and volunteers as the Men's Flag Football Commissioner. As a board member of CBMC York, he assists with technology, marketing, and event planning. He's also a member of CBMC York's Young Professionals group. In his free time, Josh enjoys running, biking, hiking, and camping with his family.
Dylan Frost Poremski is a 2020 Towson University graduate with a Sociology & Anthropology degree. While attending Towson University, he served as the President of the Criminal Justice Student Association and participated in the “Leadershape” Institute. Upon graduation, Dylan began his career as a Baltimore City Police Officer and case manager to build trusting relationships and profound one-on-one connections with his community. He joined Janney in 2022 as a Private Client Associate where he has continued to fulfill this mission and brings the same passion to Smith Wealth Advisory Group in serving the needs of its clients. Consistent with his aim for continual improvement and furthering his financial industry knowledge, Dylan recently passed the Securities Industry Essentials exam and is currently studying to achieve the FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
As natives of Baltimore, Dylan and his fiancé, Alyssa, love attending Orioles and Ravens games and even named their pets “Adley” (English Cream Golden Retriever) and “Jackson” (Tabby Cat), after Baltimore athletes. They also enjoy watching movies, reading, and taking Adley out for hikes.
Jordan Crone is a dedicated finance professional with a unique blend of artistic insight and financial acumen. A 2018 graduate of Harrisburg Area Community College with a degree in Art and Design, Jordan transitioned seamlessly into the financial industry where she has built a dynamic career over the past six years.
Jordan held various positions at Citizens Bank including Small Business Relationship Banker, Online Bank Tech Supervisor, and Assistant Branch Manager. Her notable role as a Student Loan Ambassador allowed her to guide students through the complexities of student loan funding and refinancing which showcased her strong commitment to client education and support.
In 2024, Jordan joined Smith Wealth Advisory Group where she continues to leverage her expertise and dedication to enhance client experiences. Currently, she is pursuing her FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses to further solidify her proficiency in financial management. Jordan is passionate about empowering clients with financial knowledge and providing exceptional customer service.
Outside of her professional life, Jordan cherishes quality time with family and friends. She stays physically active through regular exercise and is looking forward to pursuing CrossFit in the winter. Jordan also enjoys spending time with her beloved Micro-Mini Golden Doodle, Oliver.

Greg Drahuschak joined Janney in 1991. He has over 45 years of economic experience and provides daily, weekly, and monthly market commentary, with a particular focus on the equity market, to Janney and our clients.
Prior to joining Janney, he worked as a retail broker with—and eventually transitioned into the research departments of—Butcher & Singer and Wheat First Securities. He was also an instructor at Robert Morris College and the University of Pittsburgh.
Greg has written articles for several newspapers and websites, and has been the featured financial professional on many live radio broadcasts.
He earned his B.A. in fine arts from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, as well as certificates from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and from the New York Institute of Finance.
Guy LeBas is Janney’s Chief Fixed Income Strategist, as well as Head of Fixed Income for Janney Capital Management. As Strategist, he is responsible for providing direction to the Firm’s clients on the macroeconomic, interest rate, and bond market investing climate.
Guy authors bond market periodicals, which provide relative value recommendations across the fixed income spectrum. With Janney Capital Management, Guy is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s discretionarily managed bond portfolios, which take a client-tailored approach to generating consistent income across interest rate environments.
Guy joined Janney in 2006. Prior to joining Janney, Guy served as Interest Rate Risk Manager for U.S. Trust’s bank asset and liability portfolios, a role in which he oversaw risk and return on $20 billion of bank assets and derivatives.
Guy is also a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg TV and Fox Business News, as well as a regular speaker at financial industry conferences. He received his education from Swarthmore College, holds an M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and is a CFA Charterholder.
Mark Luschini is the Chief Investment Strategist for Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, leading the Investment Strategy Group. In that capacity Mark is responsible for establishing the Firm’s broad outlook relating to conditions in the capital markets and the economy and to develop investment strategies that align with the best interest, goals, and objectives of individual and institutional clients. He also establishes the Firm’s asset allocation models used for portfolio construction and financial planning.
As Chief Investment Strategist, Mark serves as the Janney's investment spokesperson, offering national market commentary and developing asset allocation models and investment strategies. He chairs the investment committee and actively interfaces with both current and prospective clients.
Additionally, Mark directs Janney Capital Management, the Firm’s discretionary investment management division. Under his leadership, Janney Capital Management has delivered competitive investment results across multiple strategies. The total assets under management has grown to more than $4 billion, with nearly $3 billion in traditional equity and fixed income assets, and over $1 billion in various strategic and tactical asset allocation strategies utilizing exchange-traded solutions and mutual funds. Mark served on the Board of Managers for Janney, and currently serves as a Trustee for the Firm’s Pension & Profit Sharing Plan. He is a member of the Janney Wealth Management Department’s Mutual Fund and Alternative Investment Committees.
In Janney Capital Management, Mark chairs the Investment Committee which sets asset class and sector policy and directly participates in managing the equity, fixed income, and asset allocation strategies under its advisory. Mark has spent more than 30 years in the investment industry. He utilizes that experience to speak on topics related to macroeconomics and investment management at seminars and conferences.
His comments and written articles have been circulated in numerous publications ranging from the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s to the New York Times, USA Today, Financial Times, and Money magazine. He has appeared in various media outlets including CNBC, Bloomberg Television, Fox Business News, and CNN.
He has a BA and MBA from Gannon University and holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation from the Market Technicians Association
