Lorrie has deep ties to her Synagogue. She served as an Executive Board Member of Shir Ami for 10 years. She is a member of the personnel committee, a donor and cook of the Feed the Homeless efforts, and a contributor to the Circle of Giving.
She is an Executive Board Member of the Women of Shir Ami, where she helps spearhead fundraising event planning. She also co-chairs the annual Charity Bingo Fundraiser, which raises funds to support the synagogue’s Food Pantry and assist those experiencing food insecurity.
