The Women Financial Advisory Board is comprised of current female financial advisors and serves as a strategic partner to Janney’s senior leadership, providing oversight, governance, and leadership to further Janney’s mission. The board is dedicated to developing platforms that allow female advisors to connect, share ideas, and support one another. It is also committed to raising awareness about the unique challenges women face in our industry and fostering an inclusive environment where female advisors can thrive.
