Michael's practice is focused on providing a wide range of investment solutions and services tailored to fit your unique needs, preferences, and goals. His service offerings include financial, retirement, education funding and insurance planning, annuities, mutual funds, tax-free and taxable bonds and equity investments. In joining Janney, Michael found a firm that has a long-standing tradition and community reputation for its "client-first" focus.
The service commitment which clients and their families enjoy from working with Michael includes the long-term client/advisor relationship, frequent communication, recommending adjustments to investment strategies according to lifestyle changes, and availability. Michael is open and honest about expectations and works to educate his clients about the best strategy for their particular situation. He coordinates plan design with Janney's corporate investment specialists in developing the custom portfolios.
Graduating cum laude from Lycoming College, Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics. He also holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10 & 66 securities licenses as well as his insurance license. He is a 2014 graduate of WCC-Leadership Lycoming Program.
Christine has over 30 years of investment experience. She joined Janney in 1998, attracted to its regional size and business model of focusing on client needs. She provides investment strategies using a wealth management approach, focusing on retirement planning and investment strategy recommendations with emphasis on advisory-based products, exchange traded funds, mutual funds, equities, tax-free and taxable bonds, and education planning.
The relationship that Christine cultivates with her clients is built on integrity. The client comes first. Her sensitivity and trustworthiness give clients the comfort zone they need to freely discuss their investment goals and family's needs. By listening to her clients, Christine recommends tailored investment strategies to help meet those objectives. She makes herself available when her clients need her, often visiting them in the comfort of their own homes.
A graduate of Shippensburg University, Christine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Will has over a decade of experience managing financial assets for individuals, businesses, retirement plans, and trusts. He helps investors manage their wealth, guiding them through investment strategies that best suit their diverse needs.
He earned a BS in History from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
Allen received his degree from the Sigmund Weis School of Business at Susquehanna University.
After college, he began his career with Merrill Lynch at their Hopewell, New Jersey campus prior to starting his own practice in Pittsburgh.
After three successful years in Pittsburgh, Allen, who is a native of Williamsport, had the unique opportunity to move back in June of 2008 to join the Williamsport Merrill Lynch office. He served at Merrill Lynch for 15 years before moving to Janney in 2021.
Allen holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ (CRPC®) designation and a Certification in Long Term Care (CLTC®), and utilizes a wide variety of financial planning techniques and tools when developing holistic wealth plans for the families he works with.
He is very active and committed to his community where he serves on several local boards including Lycoming Economic Development Foundation and the Pennsylvania College of Technology Foundation. He is a coach for numerous youth sports and sits on the Executive Committee of Young Life in Lycoming County. Allen also very much enjoys his role as a Senior-Level Children’s Leader for the Williamsport chapter of Bible Study Fellowship. This role allows Allen to connect and minister to youth in the area, which he is passionate about.
In his free time, Allen enjoys hunting and fishing as well as playing golf. But most importantly, he enjoys being with his family. He married his high school sweetheart, Ashley and together they reside in Loyalsock with their 3 children; Ava, Aiden and Adler.
Courtney began her career in the financial services industry in 2008. She has dedicated herself to working closely with her clients to uncover what truly matters to them, and design tailored financial strategies to help each client pursue their most meaningful financial lifestyle. She assists clients in identifying and prioritizing their various goals. She works hard to gain clients’ trust and is committed to helping optimize their resources so they can make the most of what they have. She holds her Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) certification as well as the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™ (CDFA®) and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor designations. She received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
Courtney is committed to helping improve the education system in Lycoming County and is a member of the Education Committee of the Lycoming County Chamber of Commerce.
She and her husband, James, reside in Williamsport with their son Jack.
J.R. Confer was born and raised in Williamsport, PA. He graduated from Williamsport Area High School and Pennsylvania College of Technology. He brings ten years of experience in personal insurance where he specialized in coverage for high net worth individuals. He continues to provide that white-glove service with clients at Janney.
At Janney, J.R. specializes in retirement plans for local businesses. Focusing on helping with plan design and implementation, he sets himself apart in this space keeping current on changing regulations. He believes building relationships with the employees of the plans he manages and providing clear and timely communication to their questions is key to the overall success of the retirement plan and business.
J.R. is an active board member of the RVR YMCA and is a member of the local Kiwanis chapter where he enjoys helping them work toward their missions to improve his community. J.R. is also a coach for numerous youth sports in the area and resides in Loyalsock with his wife Patty, son Jack, and daughter Hannah.
Brandy began her financial services career in 1999 in Naples, Florida. Her experience enables her to focus on “First Class, Red Carpet Service”, forming strong relationships with clients and working promptly to handle all of their needs. As a key point of contact for clients, Brandy handles client inquiries, account administration, and asset transfers, along with many other service requests. Brandy resides in Montoursville with her husband, Chris.
With over 20 years experience in the financial industry, Beth's most important responsibility is taking care of the clients with accuracy and efficiency. She oversees all the daily office operations.

Debra S. Roey joined Janney Montgomery Scott LLC in November 2006, as Janney Retirement Plan Services (JRPS) Manager. JRPS was founded in 1982 to provide Janney’s Corporate Retirement Plan Clients with support in plan design analysis, proposal procurement and review, investment fiduciary services, technical expertise, and problem resolution.
Debra has over 30 years of experience in the Retirement Plan arena. Prior to joining Janney, she served as Regional Director with Union Central Life Retirement and Investment Services. During her tenure, she received numerous sales awards including qualification for the company’s highest society membership. She also served on several corporate committees involved with Strategic Planning and Product Development.
Debra earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
Greg Drahuschak joined Janney in 1991. He has over 45 years of economic experience and provides daily, weekly, and monthly market commentary, with a particular focus on the equity market, to Janney and our clients.
Prior to joining Janney, he worked as a retail broker with—and eventually transitioned into the research departments of—Butcher & Singer and Wheat First Securities. He was also an instructor at Robert Morris College and the University of Pittsburgh.
Greg has written articles for several newspapers and websites, and has been the featured financial professional on many live radio broadcasts.
He earned his B.A. in fine arts from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, as well as certificates from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and from the New York Institute of Finance.
Guy LeBas is Janney’s Chief Fixed Income Strategist, as well as Head of Fixed Income for Janney Capital Management. As Strategist, he is responsible for providing direction to the Firm’s clients on the macroeconomic, interest rate, and bond market investing climate.
Guy authors bond market periodicals, which provide relative value recommendations across the fixed income spectrum. With Janney Capital Management, Guy is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s discretionarily managed bond portfolios, which take a client-tailored approach to generating consistent income across interest rate environments.
Guy joined Janney in 2006. Prior to joining Janney, Guy served as Interest Rate Risk Manager for U.S. Trust’s bank asset and liability portfolios, a role in which he oversaw risk and return on $20 billion of bank assets and derivatives.
Guy is also a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg TV and Fox Business News, as well as a regular speaker at financial industry conferences. He received his education from Swarthmore College, holds an M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and is a CFA Charterholder.
Kim Beil serves as Director of the Managed and Insured Solutions Group in Janney Montgomery Scott’s Wealth Management department. In this role, Ms. Beil oversees the daily activities of the Managed and Insured Solutions Group and is responsible for promoting both advisory and insured solutions for the firm.
Ms. Beil is an active member of the Firm, the industry, and is involved in several community organizations. At Janney, she is a member of the Firm’s Women’s Interactive Network (WIN). She is also a founding member for Girls on the Run Philadelphia, a non-profit program that encourages preteen girls to develop self-respect and healthy lifestyles through running. Currently, she volunteers with the Neucrue Cancer Foundation.
A graduate of Drexel University, Mrs. Beil holds a B.S. in business administration, and has over 15 years of financial services industry experience at Janney. She is an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor℠ (AWMA®), holds an insurance license, and is a LEADERSHIP Philadelphia Fellow.
In her spare time, Ms. Beil enjoys running and challenging herself in half marathons.
Mark Luschini is the Chief Investment Strategist for Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, leading the Investment Strategy Group. In that capacity Mark is responsible for establishing the Firm’s broad outlook relating to conditions in the capital markets and the economy and to develop investment strategies that align with the best interest, goals, and objectives of individual and institutional clients. He also establishes the Firm’s asset allocation models used for portfolio construction and financial planning.
As Chief Investment Strategist, Mark serves as the Janney's investment spokesperson, offering national market commentary and developing asset allocation models and investment strategies. He chairs the investment committee and actively interfaces with both current and prospective clients.
Additionally, Mark directs Janney Capital Management, the Firm’s discretionary investment management division. Under his leadership, Janney Capital Management has delivered competitive investment results across multiple strategies. The total assets under management has grown to more than $4 billion, with nearly $3 billion in traditional equity and fixed income assets, and over $1 billion in various strategic and tactical asset allocation strategies utilizing exchange-traded solutions and mutual funds. Mark served on the Board of Managers for Janney, and currently serves as a Trustee for the Firm’s Pension & Profit Sharing Plan. He is a member of the Janney Wealth Management Department’s Mutual Fund and Alternative Investment Committees.
In Janney Capital Management, Mark chairs the Investment Committee which sets asset class and sector policy and directly participates in managing the equity, fixed income, and asset allocation strategies under its advisory. Mark has spent more than 30 years in the investment industry. He utilizes that experience to speak on topics related to macroeconomics and investment management at seminars and conferences.
His comments and written articles have been circulated in numerous publications ranging from the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s to the New York Times, USA Today, Financial Times, and Money magazine. He has appeared in various media outlets including CNBC, Bloomberg Television, Fox Business News, and CNN.
He has a BA and MBA from Gannon University and holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation from the Market Technicians Association
