Team Janney participated in the Philadelphia version of the Wall Street Run & Heart Walk ❤️ benefiting the American Heart Association. Each year, the Wall Street Run & Heart Walk brings together the financial community in support of the American Heart Association — and TEAM JANNEY came together once again for a cause close to all of our hearts ❤️ Teammates gathered in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan, and additional colleagues in the Philadelphia area participated remotely ahead of the Janney Spring Leadership Conference. Jenny and the Janney Hackensack team came together to celebrate Earth Day with clients and members of the local community. 🌎🌱The team hosted a Shredding & Food Drive event in the office parking lot, providing a secure way for clients and neighbors to dispose of sensitive documents while giving back to a meaningful cause. Thanks to the generosity of everyone who participated, a wonderful collection of non-perishable food items were gathered to support the Center for Food Action. Jenny was grateful for the collaboration, the strong turnout, and the opportunity to support such an important organization and make a positive impact right here in the community. 💙
Zest Cooking Event- March 2026
Jenny was grateful to host a wonderful client appreciation event at Zest in Fairfield. It was an evening filled with hands-on cooking, meaningful conversations, and a shared healthy meal—an experience that served as a great reminder that the relationships she builds with clients extend far beyond the work she does. 💛 Together, the group prepared and enjoyed a delicious menu featuring eggplant “meatballs,” pasta with marinara sauce, and a vibrant kale salad with roasted butternut squash, pumpkin seeds, pomegranate seeds, quinoa, and a maple Dijon vinaigrette. To top it all off, everyone indulged in some incredible healthy desserts, including sweet potato brownies and chickpea blondies. 👩🏻🍳 Jenny was thankful for the opportunity to connect, share experiences, and create lasting memories with such a wonderful group of clients.
World Down Syndrome Day- March 2026
In celebration of World Down Syndrome Day (recognized each year on March 21), Jenny and the Janney Hackensack team were proud to “rock their socks”—or as they like to say, HackenSOCK! 🧦🌈 To ensure everyone could participate together, the team celebrated a day early, filling the office with bright, colorful, mismatched socks and even brighter smiles. ❤️ Wearing mismatched socks may seem like a small gesture, but it carries a powerful message: celebrating inclusion, promoting acceptance, and recognizing the beauty in what makes each person unique. Jenny is grateful to be part of a team that cares so deeply about supporting one another and embracing the values of kindness, understanding, and community. ❤️

Oasis is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women enter and succeed in the workforce while empowering children to thrive academically. In addition, the organization operates a soup kitchen and provides emergency food, clothing, and social support to residents in need throughout the community.

Every year, the Wall Street Run & Heart Walk brings together the financial community in support of the American Heart Association, and 2025 was no exception. While many participants gathered for the main event in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan, Janney teammates in Philadelphia also joined remotely that morning ahead of the Janney Spring Leadership Conference to walk and run for a cause close to their hearts. Together, Team Janney raised more than $17,000 for the American Heart Association. Janney thanks everyone who participated, supported, and donated. Go Team Janney!

Client Cooking Event Night- March 2025
Jenny hosted a special client appreciation event at the Kings Food Markets Cooking Studio in Short Hills, where guests had the opportunity to connect, cook, and enjoy an incredible menu curated by Chef Suzanne Lowery. From garlic and herb stuffed mushrooms to roasted salmon and chicken with citrus gremolata, every dish was a hit. Jenny was grateful for the opportunity to bring everyone together in such a fun and interactive setting and appreciated the chance to create meaningful connections with clients. She looks forward to hosting more experiences like this in the future and welcomed ideas for upcoming events.

Yacht Cruise Around New York City- September 2024
The Janney team enjoyed an incredible evening on the water aboard The Destiny Yacht. Guests cruised along the Hudson River, taking in breathtaking sunset views of the New York City skyline while enjoying great music, delicious food, and fantastic company. A special thank you goes to Branch Manager Thomas Croonquist and the entire Hackensack team for organizing such an outstanding event. The evening provided a wonderful opportunity for colleagues to connect, celebrate, and strengthen relationships outside of the office. Hackensack Office Partners with Bergen Family Center- September 2024
WE DID IT! Thanks to all the generous donations, the Hackensack Office in partnership with the Bergen Family Center, collected school supplies for children in Bergen County for the new school year. Children in need were given backpacks filled with supplies that will help them begin the school year with the basic tools they need to succeed. The Bergen Family Center serves the community with programs for families like an After School Program for young children, Counseling, Tutoring and College Prep for Teens, and Care Management for the Homebound Elderly.

Janney Montgomery Scott partnered with Cradles to Crayons as the charitable organization for its annual Elite FA Conference. Cradles to Crayons provides children experiencing homelessness or living in low-income situations with essential items they need to thrive.Conference attendees proudly supported this meaningful cause by raising more than $18,000 for the organization. Through the generosity of its donors, the Hackensack branch collected non-perishable food items and personal hygiene products for Oasis, a haven for women and children located in Paterson, New Jersey. The branch expressed its sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed, as their support helped provide much-needed assistance to this deserving community organization.

Toys for Tots Collection- December 2022
In December 2022, the Hackensack office, in partnership with the U.S. Marines Toys for Tots program, collected several new, unwrapped toys for children in need throughout the state of New Jersey. Janney Hackensack expresses its sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed, as their generosity helped bring smiles to underprivileged children in the area during the holiday season. The team wished everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.
Santa Visit to First Grade Class- December 2022
In December 2022, Jenny and her husband Scott visited their daughter Abby's 1st grade class to talk about their tradition of organizing a Marine Toys for Tots Foundation Santa Toy Drive. The kids got a kick out of Santa Scott being in their classroom, learning all about the spirit of giving particularly to those families in need during the holidays and enjoyed a Christmas story.
Women Advisors Forum Charity Dress for Success- November 2022
At the 2022 Women Advisors Forum, Janney proudly supported Dress for Success Greater Philadelphia. Team Janney collected more than nine boxes of clothing, including suits, dresses, purses, and shoes, to help provide local women with the resources and confidence needed for a fresh start.
Hackensack Branch Thanksgiving Feast- November 2022

The Hackensack office collected leftover Halloween candy to donate to local low-income community charities: Oasis Shelter in Paterson, Covenant House in Newark, and the Boys & Girls Club of Paterson & Passaic. On 9/7/2019 My husband Scott and I participated in a Chinese Dragon Boat Race fundraiser called: Dragon Fest! Always happy to support my client's favorite charities. Thank you Lynda for organizing our team. Such a fun way to support a worthy charity Pathways SOS which raises funds for breast cancer survivors. Our team did awesome; we won the gold medal in our division!

On June 2, 2019, Jenny sponsored and participated in Good Grief’s 6th Annual 5k Walk & Run 2019 alongside my family! Good Grief is an important organization to one of her clients and is geared toward helping children, teens, and young adults overcome the death of a mom, dad, brother, or sister. The event was a huge success, and we had a wonderful time!

On May 16th 2019, Jenny and seven other Janney employees came together to participate in the Wall Street 5k Heart Walk/Run benefiting the American Heart Association. Team Janney, the Janney Juggernauts, raised $1,870 and had a great time doing it!
